非常舒适的体验，酒店位置市中心，交通十分便利，门口紧靠餐饮、主商业街；房间设计艺术感十足，家庭套房物理隔断互不打扰，太贴心了！
酒店在小巷子里，门头不是很打眼，进门后需要爬梯子才能到达前台，对拿着大行李箱的客人不太方便。携程上展示酒店华人礼遇，实际上并没有。入住体验很一般，马德里酒店很多，相对最便宜的房型两晚三千多人民币的价格可以住到更方便便捷服务更好的酒店。他们的枕头可能有螨虫，侧身睡的时候，脸贴在枕头上两边脸都起红印又痒。
酒店的地理位置优越，步行20分钟内就能到达各种博物馆，熊上树雕塑的广场等等，非常便捷
设施：没有游泳池，房间和走廊的灯很暗，老人觉得看不清楚，顶楼的酒吧听听音乐小憩一下很放松，
服务：前台服务人员有问必答，帮忙拿行李的小哥哥们都很积极主动，因为要上一些台阶才能到达前台，真的多亏他们了；酒店的早餐很丰盛，每天的蛋糕会有更换
不知道好评都是哪里来的，西班牙唯一踩雷的酒店，服务员傲慢无礼，到的第一天旅途劳顿，带着孩子去酒店餐厅就近解决午餐，一个黑人服务员说没位置，当时空位子很多，他也不解释是有预定或是什么，入住第二天服务员忘了给水（住两个人每天给一瓶水，并且附近没有便利店可以买到水）我们去前台说今天忘了给我们水，服务员一脸不开心地说不可能没给，真是可笑又可气，我们会为一瓶水撒谎吗？然后她很不情愿地拿出一小瓶水…五星是怎么评定的？酒店没有游泳池，我干洗的衣服应该当天送回，第二天也没送回，去服务台催的，而且注明干洗的衣服估计是水洗了，缩水了一大截，住了三天没见到传说中的中国服务员，晚上回来楼道里黑的可以演鬼片，小孩很害怕，房间里遍布灰尘，床是破的，被子枕头都是非常廉价的晴纶棉，破旧不堪，最雷人的是吹风机，是我见过的最破的被狗啃过一样，我作为携程黑钻会员住过全世界不少酒店了，极少给差评，大部分酒店总是有亮点在的，这个酒店的优点是零
房间挺大的，服务人员很友好，走廊有点黑，房间遮光有点缝隙。
酒店不大，早餐还可以，比较丰富。
卫生还不错。
这家酒店超预期的好，前台有位说中文的女孩子，特别热情的介绍了马德里的景点以及怎么去这些景点，房间设施很新，酒店老钱风特别漂亮，在普拉多博物馆旁边，丽池公园走路 5 分钟距离，最远的景点马德里王宫我们也是走路去的，好像走了 20 分钟不到，其他景点都在酒店周边，早餐也很丰盛，全程最满意的酒店
房间干净整洁！早餐也很丰盛！马德里五星级酒店性价比最高的！位置非常好就在格兰大道边上，位于普拉多博物馆和太阳门广场中间，距离走路平均十分钟左右，去附近的景点走路都方便！
特别要感谢的是前台有位中国四川的美女，服务好，中国人之间沟通方便，到酒店是中午不到，有房间直接给了！强烈推荐
这是我们二牙旅行的最后一站，也是宾馆质量最高的一个宾馆！
首先服务人员都很热情，入住时还给我们马德里地图，还给我们介绍了周边。帮我们拿的箱子到房间门口，没要小费。
离开时来不及吃早饭，还给我们打包了三明治，水果，酸奶，水。
我们一月23号早上7点离开时前台的一位女服务员，帮我们拿的箱子不顾寒冷一直送我们到门口出租车旁边，没来得及看她的名字牌，在这里说一声感谢！
这个酒店位置好，游玩和买东西都方便。离博物馆和丽池公园 英国宫很近。
酒店大堂有免费水和水果。
很不错的酒店，服务好位置好，房间隔音还行，睡得很好，早餐很好吃很丰盛，酒店离市中心很近，方便购物吃饭
酒店就在格兰大街边上，稍微走走就能到最繁华的地方。给了我一间残疾人房，虽然感觉不怎么样，但是大。早餐就是典型的西班牙早餐，连续三天好像都一样的。
入住check in感觉不好，我早上到的，一直说没房间，到中午也说没有，说有了再发消息，一直未收到。我索性一直到晚上吃完饭才办了入住。
整体中规中矩，酒店前台不大，在半层，需要楼梯，但是礼宾也会搬
