酒店回复: I am sorry that you experienced an odor in your room. We never want our guests to not be satisfied with their room. I understand that having a hot tub down is not a positive point for your stay, although these are things that we can not plan for and try to repair as soon as possible. If we had it our way would want it to be functioning properly every day but things do happen and we apologize for that. I can honestly say we are experiencing no problems at this time and all is good.

It is centrally located in the town and easy to access. The property is clean and well maintained.

Our room was damp to the point that if you walked on the carpet with socks on they were soaked! The sheets were damp and uncomfortable. It appeared that there was some type of small dehumidifier but obviously did not take care of the dampness. Very disappointed!

酒店回复: I am so sorry for your less than a grand experience. I would like to apologize for the humidity problem. I want you to know that we have done everything we can to alleviate the problem. Our PTAC units do not take the humidity from the air like our central air units at home. I just had all the units taken out and cleaned and we have put in small dehumidifiers to try and help. The first 3 weeks of July are always a problem for this, with the high temperatures and high humidity. Again, I apologize and continue to look for ways to solve the problem.

In general, we have stayed here several times at various times of the year, and been very satisfied. This time, our room was very humid, to the point of the bed feeling clammy. Room 111, my daughter was in 115 and did not feel humid at all. Do not know what was different between the rooms. This is the first time we have not been completely satisfied with a stay at this American Inn.

酒店回复: I am so sorry that the humidity was a problem for you during your stay. I have added small dehumidifiers to most of the downstair rooms and recently had all of the units taken out and cleaned. I am sorry that your room felt as though our attempts did not work. With our high heat and high humidity our PTACS do not do a great job like our central airs do at home. I hope you will be back to stay with us again. Again, I apologize.

Check in and check out was easy. The pool area was big along with the pool. The hot tub was not working, but they did have a sauna. Breakfast was ok. Typical hotel breakfast. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant!
