Great stay overnight at a reasonable price. I did the precheck -in. The clerk handed me our keys without any issues. The room was comfortable and clean. We heard kids running up and down the hallways around 10:30 at night with others cussing loudly. Some people don’t know how to be courteous in hotels. The breakfast was great with hot and cold options. Coffee, tea and juices available. Waffles, eggs, sausages, pastries, breads, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy. Fruits and yogurt as well. A good selection for a small area. Check out-out was easy with the receipt emailed promptly. I would recommend this stay to those needing a place to stay.

Our room was extremely humid with poor ventilation. Our sheets were wet and toilet paper was wet too. There were 2 dehumidifiers, but they didn’t help one bit.

The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating for our whole stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything worked as expected. We have family in the area that came out for a Christmas dinner and the staff was super generous when we rented the gathering room. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! 10/10 recommend!

The staff was friendly, room was large and well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable. There is plenty of parking with a large. Importable lobby. The only downside was a lower quality breakfast with flat eggs, but the waffles and oatmeal were great. So, overall worth 5stars!

A friend & I were in Hampton Iowa for a visit and I booked a room here. There aren’t many choices in Hampton, but I was definitely pleased with the AmericInn. The place appears a bit dated on the outside, but the rooms are clean, quiet and well equipped. The beds were comfy and my friend and I both slept very well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a decent variety of the typical hotel options. Overall, I would say you can’t go wrong here. The price was great too by 2024 standards. I’m a bit of a hotel snob, so trust me when I say, this is high praise. I’d definitely stay there again, should I need to travel to Hampton.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. We needed to be back on the road before breakfast was ready and the awesome staff made sure some of the hot items were ready before we left. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. in the evening we love to gather in their cozy lobby in front of the fireplace to visit with other family members. We always stay here when we are in the area.

Really a nice hotel that is clean and comfortable. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Well decorated for the season! Breakfast was good by free hotel standards. Recommend this hotel if you are staying or passing through Hampton.
