酒店回复: I am sorry that you experienced an odor in your room. We never want our guests to not be satisfied with their room. I understand that having a hot tub down is not a positive point for your stay, although these are things that we can not plan for and try to repair as soon as possible. If we had it our way would want it to be functioning properly every day but things do happen and we apologize for that. I can honestly say we are experiencing no problems at this time and all is good.

Staff was very personable and helpful. Responded very quickly when we arrived to check in. Liked the lifts at the pool and hot tub as we had one person in our party with a physical disability.

Everything was fine except for the hot tub wasn't working. We pay extra to have the hot tub and frustrating when it is not operational.

I wish I could say that I would know when it was going to be down, but we just do not know this and of course there are a lot of variables in it so it is not always just a quick fix, but we do our best to make the down time to be limited.
