Overall worse experience by far.pictures not accurate and half of the amenities not available.like heated pool,hot tub and no tub on room just a simple table with 2 chairs with a outlet the don’t work

Tha room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But best of all was the pleasant young man and his sister at the front desk! What a delight to meet young people who are kind and considerate.

No parking bc they allow the bar next door to occupy space.
Chair in room torn and badly stained. Scary looking.
Rest of room okay. Other then u can tell bathroom floor NOT MOPPED!!!

Our bathroom light was out- we reported it and they said they’d fix it. Didn’t. There for a wedding- no light for makeup. Tv in bedroom didn’t work- two tvs in same room one in front of the other- neither worked. Got the late checkout and was charged 3 times $25 total $75. Room wasn’t ready at 3 but at 3:20. Elevator smelled like smoke

This hotel gets an 8.6? Sorry, that is too generous. The room smelled like people had been smoking in it and freshener was sprayed to cover it up. The faucet in the bathtub was marred by years of water stains. The shower head was awful. The refrigerator was loud. I unplugged it. Lame TV with low resolution, but that's mostly minor to me. The bed was fine. I actually slept well, maybe partly due to the A/C unit was good and could make the room a meat locker and I like it pretty cold at night. Not the hotel's fault, but some geezer, after getting his eggs, just tossed the serving spoon into the eggs. No thanks. Went elsewhere for breakfast. Told the desk clerk. I wonder if she knew to tell the kitchen staff. Did it get fixed? I wouldn't stay there again. Disappointed in Wyndham.

我们刚到的时候,前台没有人,但是你可以听到他们在办公室看电视。我们站在那里等着,最后按了铃,服务员走了出来,态度很粗鲁,好像我们打扰了她。她盯着我们看,好像我们是讨厌的人。我永远无法理解对别人友善有多难,尤其是如果你在公共场所工作的话。
