The carpet was torn up and filthy in our room, the shower drain was clogged and filled the tub as we showered, the towels had stains on them, the area around the hotel felt very unsafe. I would never stay here again.

Was not about to help with room and had to talk to multiple people and keep repeating the issues as each new person seemed to have no idea what was going on never taking notes etc…kept being told one thing and no follow through. Still not resolved

Minus: Switched the coffee machine to a cheap one, which makes worse tasting coffee. Plus: Pool and hot spa were clean. Also fast service.

Our atay was perfect. Staff very friendly and considerate. Breakfast options were better than some of the highend hotels i have stayed at.
Only recomendation is to put signage at the street location. Extremely nice hotel hidden behind a TA truck stop and trees. Will sefinately visit again

3 Night Stay
Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfy bed, this was an overall great price for how many nights I stayed. Only complaint is it says there is a bar but unfortunately there is no bar connected to the hotel.

Decent value, worth the drive out of the Dells. Breakfast was very basic. Pool was nice. Decent hot tub.

The room was basically clean except the mirror over the sink definitely had not been cleaned. There were spatters all over it. Everything else was fine. One negative is the lack of eating places nearby especially for an evening meal.

The only item I did not care for was the amount of air freshener in the hallways. It was very strong.
