The room was very clean and comfortable. Also enjoyed pool, sauna and whirlpool. Very nice hotel would recommend and will be back.

Mixed feelings
The staff was great, from check in toncheck out, they were great. The only issue we had was that we both woke up pretty stiff, the bed seemed pretty comfortable when I sat on the end ,but when we went to sleep the bed was hard and not particularly comfortable.

This property is close to a restaurant and movie theater and gas station. It's clean and comfortable. The outdoor areas have flowers, grill, and fire pit. The only problem is no elevator but it's only 2 stories.

Nice place but not well-maintained
We paid extra for a room with a hot tub that did not work properly. In fact, the hot and cold knobs were flipped, so I was almost scalded when I thought I was running cold water. The design of the hot tub is just very bad. But did nobody inspect the installation, given the hot & cold water mixup?
The hotel is two stories, and there is no elevator. I'm disabled. Luckily, it was dead when we checked in so staff helped us with our bags. Climbing up and down stairs for three days took a toll on me, though.
The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, tho, was nothing more than a small closet. The shower was one of the worst we've encountered in our many travels.
Breakfast is standard cheap hotel food. Powdered eggs, a waffle maker, and yogurt.
The hot tub in the pool area was nice but heavily chlorinated. The timer also runs out far too quickly.
The staff was excellent. They were very kind and helpful. The front desk staff is top notch, and our housekeeper also did a good job.
The property was very quiet and comfortable.

If you request it when you make the reservation we can usually accommodate. ******* does send out a message that we do not have an elevator and to contact us directly to request first floor. As far as the hot tub goes we are not sure why you thought the hot and cold were mixed up. I have never heard this before so I had our housekeepers check. Cold is on the right and Hot is on the left and is marked (but hard to see). I am glad you were able to use the public hot tub and by law we can only have it go for 15 minutes once started on the timer. Glad you did have a quiet and comfortable stay though in the end and we hope if you are in the area you will give us another try.

Nice staff, clean hotel. Nice area outside with tables, volleyball, pingpong, etc. Pool is open till midnight for adults! Hotel is not right in town. It has a nice up north vibe to it. Lots of trees on the property. More of a country feeling
