We had a magnificent stay at the La Quinta Inn in Ponca City! The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and Hailey, the front desk manager, was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The toilet was broken the handle fell out, and would not flush smelled of a cleaned smokers room

The bed was like laying on a big rock and the water pressure really wasn’t great in the shower.

Checked in. Left. Didn't return till midnight. Saw two roaches crawling on the bed. Went to bed. Woke up and took a shower . Tube dirty and caulking on the tub was mildewed. 3 guest and two towels. Went downstairs to get coffee and it was cold. Checked out and told the person at the front desk about my concerns and he said thanks for letting him know. He didn't blink a eye to try to address the issues. You pay good money to stay at a decent hotel and that's all you got to say. Not good. I should be compensated for some of this. Not just tell me thanks for letting him know.

The room is gross, furniture was ragged and taped with blue duct tape, roomed smelled like feet and ac want woking! Never again will o stay at a La Quinta!
