As a rule, I do always let our guests know which floor they are on prior to their arrival but since you'd booked a week before, we snuck off for a few days break so weren't able to contact you in the normal fashion I would so I apologise that we didn't reiterate with you about the stairs and check that there were no mobility issues.We were not aware of the smell from the bathroom so thank you for bringing this to our attention and we are so sorry that this affected your stay.It hasn't been mentioned since your stay thankfully but we will of course monitor this.We apologise that we didn't live up to your expectations on this occasion but we do want to take this opportunity to thank you again for your constructive feedback.Best wishesEmma
The Guest House was very clean throughout. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent quality

Breakfast was well cooked and great and friendly service…. Only downside for me was my toilet, no problem with it no being en-suite (room 15) but the toilet itself, very very confide were I struggled to use, sitting down…,

开门就是海景。房间略小，干净整洁，服务热情，早餐标准英式早餐。
酒店就在大海旁边，天气好的时候风景还是不错的。
设施中规中矩，上最高的一层要推开十多道门。
最不能接受的是在早上去吃早餐时，被告知没有我们的份（费用包含了两份早餐），说是在把办理入住时给了我钥匙我就走了，没来及和我确认是否需要早餐？？？事实是我拿到钥匙后说了谢谢就要走，看见服务员欲言又止，最后也没说什么。最后只给我们提供了一些牛奶面包，并没有热的早餐，真的是体验很糟糕。
不过东西退房时落下后，有位女服务员追出来给了我们，非常感谢。
很棒的体验。海景非常棒，而且早餐有很多选择。
我知道要爬楼梯，但没想到到我们房间竟然要爬八层楼。如果能提前通知就好了。浴室里有一股浓重的气味，虽然浴室很干净，但我们不得不24小时开着排气扇，把气味控制在浴室里。床单太小，盖不住床垫，总是皱巴巴的。如果有人能帮我们上下楼梯搬运行李就好了，但根本没人帮忙。我敢肯定其他人肯定抱怨过浴室里的气味，我很惊讶竟然没有人采取措施。
非常糟糕，而且不干净
优点……床很干净，浴室也很干净。
缺点……总体来说非常不干净。公共卫生间坏了。工作人员不热情，态度粗鲁。我们被告知早餐供应时间是上午9点到10点，我们9点10分到达时被告知早餐已经吃完了。我们解释了入住时被告知的情况，得到的回复是“我们住了这家酒店12年了，从来没有说过这样的话！！！”
然后他们说也许可以帮我们弄点东西……结果很糟糕。食物很差。工作人员把东西摔在桌子上，显然对我们很不满意。
咖啡根本没法喝。早餐室很脏。
总的来说，我们的体验很不好。绝对不会再来了。

非常方便前往城镇，我的房间可以眺望外面的风景。友好的工作人员和美味的早餐，不错的选择。停车还可以，虽然是停车场，但你可以从他们那里购买停车证，我四天的全程住宿花费 2 英镑。一定会再来的
设施没有达到良好的标准。清洁度很差。淋浴间不干净，有霉菌和水垢。
水槽不安全，床垫像豆袋。工作人员很棒，早餐很好。用餐区的地板已经两天没有清洁，因为有绒毛和灰尘。

一个很棒的住宿。业主非常关心他们的客人，让您立即有宾至如归的感觉。房间和房子的其他部分都经过精心布置，非常舒适。早餐非常美味，选择也很棒。明确推荐！
