私人厨师收费不高,但是口味差强人意。
和期待中有距离,总体来说除了大以外,没有其他明显优点。
环境:泳池很大,房间老旧。
卫生:普通,床单有污渍,洗了没洗干净那种,浴缸老旧有锈迹
服务:入住期间司机接送是免费的,有什么要求能及时回应,就是房间电话有时候打不通

As we have already shared with you that the concept of our villas is quite different with the other AMAN properties, we do not have communal area (reception, restaurant, gym), therefore two butlers and one chef are available within reach to assist you in your villa for 24 hours, as well as one night shift at the back office and security. Your feedback about the room has been noted and we are committed to making the necessary improvement. 难以忘怀的酒店,大到你感到震撼,适合两三家人一起入住,泳池超大,三个独立的卧室,还有俩个餐厅和一个会客厅,配备的两位管家服务也非常棒,非常值得推荐的一个酒店。

很难想象一晚人民币三万起价的酒店,
被这个酒店吓死晚上我带着三岁孩子一夜没睡被惊吓,打了前台酒店电话四个小时无人员接听,太可恨了,需要帮助的时候一个人都没有电话打不通,全球顶奢酒店联系酒店前台电话无人接听,本来想报警但是在巴厘岛想着多一事不如少一事。中国人在外面真的被坑,酒店房间老旧和中国三星级酒店一样,我发出来让更多人中国客户看到。避免危险和踩坑

超一流的服务
硬件非常棒,第一天晚上蚊帐出了点小问题,但他们很快就修好了。服务不错,但没什么特别的,但食物是最大的败笔。大多数肉类菜肴,例如鸡肉、鱼片、猪肉等,都是煮得太熟了。我们试图要求菜单外的菜品,但被告知不可能。我们预订了乌鲁瓦图寺之旅,我们问司机是否可以雇一个当地导游,他说他就是,然后就带我们参观了寺庙,一句话也没说,一点也不关心。我们从 3 间卧室“升级”到了 4 间卧室的 5 号别墅,有 50 米长的游泳池,很不错,但我们被告知,如果我们想使用第 4 间卧室(恰好是主卧室),每晚需要支付 1,125 美元以上。我们仍然玩得很开心,很享受在那里的住宿,但真的没有什么特别的。它可能是世界上任何其他不错的度假村,而不是安缦。很可能不会再回去。
