Overall, this hotel is good and reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The staff are very sincere, kind, and respectful — and I truly appreciate that. My review is meant to help them improve, because I believe they are trying their best.
The main challenge I experienced was communication. Very few staff members speak English, so even simple requests were difficult. For example, I ran out of toilet paper, tried to explain it, and even showed the empty roll, but nothing was delivered.
Cleanliness also needs attention. The carpet in our room had many noticeable spots, which I didn’t expect for a hotel of this level. There was also a black stain inside the refrigerator. We reported it, and although they offered to switch our room, nobody followed up and the refrigerator was never cleaned even after we requested it.
Despite these issues, the people are respectful and polite, and the overall stay was still okay. With better communication support for guests and improvements in room cleanliness, this hotel can become an excellent choice for travelers.

卫生非常差:一股很重的异味(像是发霉的味道)、房间有蚂蚁和毛发,淋浴间没有门或挡水条差。
房间格局差:一点采光都没有,窗户形同虚设。
服务特别差:态度傲慢其生硬、套路还带有威胁,我住了一天,第二天想在携程上继续订,威胁我说如果携程订不给我确认让我没房间住。懒得换地方,忍受比携程高400人民币一间的房费续了。前台每个都服务很差。让加个牙刷要半天。
水一定要及时喝完或者拿走,要不不给加。
除了位置还勉强,这个酒店真的是半点性价比都没有。
还有很吵,早上五点有大声诵经能听见(当然尊重宗教信仰),但是晚上九点了还在吸尘器洗地毯是真的不为客户着想,早上还有边上社区的公鸡打鸣,醉了。
总而言之,服务差,没有性价比,很坑很坑。商务绝对不建议。
