The room wasn't very nice.. The floors made my feet black.. The wifi kept cutting off.. The air conditioner stopped working.. and I had my kids there for the first time.. it was my son's birthday, whom has asthma, so with the air conditioner problem it was hard on him. We finally got the front desk to get maintenance to come, they switched the unit out and that one only worked for a couple hours..

Location was excellent, 74th street so far away from the boardwalk with easy beach access. If you're looking to have that this is a perfect spot. All rooms circle the hotel pool, which also gives way to such a quintessential ocean city vibe. Loved my stay, thank you kokomo!

Great staff, had to gave a late checkin, after 10 P.M.,and she was very helpfull, will definitely be back Helpfull staff,close to my work. Plenty of place's around. It was an enjoyable experience. Thank you. Not sure why I need to write so much whe. It was fine

the room was great and very well organized, everything is provided, and the location was also fantastic, 2 min to the beach, but it is a bit far from the boardwalk, which needs to drive like 15min. Overall, the hotel is great with the most reasonable price in the season.

Check in process was easy. Room and bathroom were very clean. The only problem we had is the mattress had an old blood stain and we only knew that to check the mattress for bugs and change the bedding to our own person set. Otherwise everything was great!

Amazing clean hotel! From the moment we got there it was a great stay! So close to everything and the beach is literally in the backyard! There is diner connected to the hotel and so convenient, they made sure we had everything we needed and very friendly

This place was really nice ,, and the Staff ,, the best ,, especially the overnight staff ,she was more then I could have imagined ,couldn't have asked for anything better ,, I will return in a week.for another great stay ,, lol words words words ,, needed to add more characters it said

I was very pleased with the stay at Kokomo. Beds were comfortable and clean. The refrigerator was clean and nice and cold in both the freezer and the refrigerator section and very nice to have a range top to cook on with cooking utensils which came in handy
