Hotel is very basic. Good enough for a one night stop.
Yesterday I received a text message asking me to pre register for my checkin. I had to fill in all the details, photograph my id, bla bla bla
Today when I arrived, the person at the front desk was not friendly (kind of grumpy), made me redo do the entire registration, then changed my card.
When I said I had already done the registration and paid through *******, she rudely said I just do what I am told.
When I got to my room I had received 4 messages from ******* saying I had been charged. I hope I haven’t paid for the room 4 times.
Service in the US is usually over the top good. This place kinda sucks.

We were in town for Notre Dame Football. Perfect spot to stay. Very friendly staff and close to restaurants, shopping for tailgating and the toll highway to South Bend. Very highly recommend.

This is a really nice Property! They didn’t list breakfast, but they had it...very clean & walkable to several restaurants...friendly staff! 👍

一走进酒店，房间里就弥漫着一股怪味。新装修的地板在走廊里翘曲、剥落、踩上去发出噼啪声，这只能是水渍造成的。浴室装修好后的照片看起来很漂亮，但实际情况是，地板和装饰条也被淋浴喷头流到地上的水损坏了。淋浴间的墙壁和马桶上到处都是肥皂水，这说明他们根本没清理，因为我用的时候肥皂水根本没滴到任何东西上。他们认为把肥皂（洗手液）放在与另一面墙相接的角落里是个好主意。问题是另一面墙上是唯一可用的插座，由于它们靠得太近，导致一个插头无法使用，另一个插头上的任何东西都被淋湿了，肥皂水从分配器滴到上面。我的手机充电器就把它弄坏了。 （半夜摸黑上厕所时，你不会想到要插上电源。浴室门上也有很多霉菌。地板很粘，电视遥控器很脏，不得不去拿来苏尔湿巾擦，但还是黏糊糊的。要求多要一个枕头，却被告知没有多余的枕头，真的吗？他们忘了在房间里放吹风机，所以不得不要求提供一个。早餐很差
房间真的很漂亮，浴室也很棒——不过我之前以为淋浴的时候水会溅到地板上，因为只有淋浴喷头旁边的一半地方有玻璃挡水——效果不太好。办理入住的女士办事效率不高，她没有同时要求出示身份证和信用卡，而是分别要求出示，结果花了更长的时间。她也没有告诉我们有简单的欧陆式早餐。不过，这地方还不错，价格也公道。
看到好评，我决定住在这里，但结果并不适合我。淋浴间很脏，床上的羽绒被甚至连个罩子都没有，而且完全没有隔音效果。我不会再住这里了。
