Hotel is ok but the people specially Vaibhav is most arrogant and this hotel does not deserve people like him. They made the invoice wrong and when asked to correct at time of check out they promised to correct this and send on whatsapp but they again sent the same. Checked with them again but they outrightly denied that. I will never recommend stay in this hotel because of behavipr of people.

Had a wonderful engagement ceremony for my brother with great arrangements and delicious food. Special thanks to Chef Ravi (Live Counter) for serving the best dosas we’ve ever had! He’s not only an excellent chef but also a warm, genuine person who went out of his way to ensure every guest was happy. A true hotelier with a passion for service! Great going

The staff is really polite and supportive. Food is great at Masala grill. Other options are also there, both inside and outside the hotel. The cleanliness was up to the mark and rooms are provided with amenities. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay.

Everything is broken and patched together in the room. It is so below average even the room temperature can’t be adjusted with the broken button device in the room. The towels are so used and old, they’re tearing apart. The staff is just okay, hospitality could’ve been so so much better. The bed makes noice, there’s water dripping on the corridor from the roof and the bedsheets and pillow covers smelled really bad.
