The hotel was great, as was the staff. Perhaps add more clothing hangers in the closet. Sofa was exceptionally comfortable as was the bed. The room was well-appointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It is a charming older hotel with a great location on the square, especially if you’re spending more than one night and like to walk around the area and even eat at local restaurants. Their complimentary “self serve” Continental Breakfast was good and interesting as far as selections and there is a full restaurant/bar in the first floor area for later as well.
Our room was clean, pleasant and comfortable with a couch, kitchenette and desk area that were not all jammed together.
On the down side, our bathroom door didn’t close tightly for privacy, our mattress was lumpy and no one told us that our room wouldn’t be tided up and we wouldn’t get clean towels each day. We did ask for clean towels and they were delivered promptly.
While our “down sides” are true and valid we would stay there again.

Like most hotels in our class post-COVID, we no longer offer daily housekeeping. We will add your other issues to our maintenance plan, as some thing, like our wooden doors, require extra love and attention to work as expected with shifting humidity levels.
