It was ok but still think i should have had a flat as stated on my booking but i had a room above the pub
Bit noisy although it didnt disturb me too much.
Small sink with tap which you had to put your hand under to get water. Too low to fill my water bottle. There was a jug however. No kettle but machine that gave a mug of hot water at a press of a button.
Get what you pay for i guess :)

The room was very, very small, not like the one seen when I booked. There was water/condensation on the windows at all times. There was no ventilation in the ensuite, and so there was mould on the walls. This is not good for people of our age, one is 79 and the other just 5 weeks from being 82.

room was fine, tidy and mostly clean except the black mold in the silicon in the shower... my main issue was the paper thin walls and whatever boiler decided to kick up a bunch of noise without being able to shut it up.

We stayed for four days. It was lovely! Even though it is above a pub, it was quite and had no problems at all. The owner was very helpful. He helped carry my luggage up and even let me borrow a phone charger as I had lost mine. The response was very fast with any questions I had. I will definitely be back and definitely recommend this place. It’s a short walk to the village shops and the Southwell Minster. Plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants are only a five minute walk. The beer garden was nicely decorated and gave a peaceful place to have coffee in the morning. They don’t serve food though. However for us it wasn’t a problem as there is plenty of food options nearby.

We were met with very good customer service as we arrived early. The room is ok for a short stay however on arrival was somewhat musty. I presume it hadn't been used for a while. Peaceful and quiet but somewhat dated.

We were expecting amazing but are stay was far from good. The room was so got due to not being able to open any of the window. One pillow each which were barely pillows. A dressing tabke with no stool. Bookimg referenced a pre ordered brrakfast was available but we were not offered this so no brrakfast was available. A very disappointing stay. Wouldnt recommend

Sad stay.
Very basic, no onsite parking, no food and no optional breakfast. Their was a very strong obnoxious spicy smell throughout the whole building. For £79 per night i would have expected more. For a basic over night stay it might be ok for some but not for me I'm afraid.
Good find
