Stay was fair. Got up next AM to take a a shower, no hot water. We were compesated but it truly did not make up for the fact that I had to drive for 8 hours with no shower.

Shops and restaurants were near. NO HOT WATER! I could not shower the entire time of my stay! NO Transportation to the airport! They said I would be discounted on my bill upon checking out!

There was no hot water in the facility the entire three night stay. Had to water in microwave to take a sink bath.
Very, very disappointed 😞 wasn't offered a partial refund, or any type ofcredit.

Housekeeping dod not clean our room. We were there for four nights. We asked several times for service and finally the day before we left, someone came. She acted like she did not know what to do. It was very strange.

The room has a weird smell.
Within the first hour of our stay, my kids started to sneeze and their eyes became read. My eyes were read and also had a runny nose.
I complained to the person in the front desk and invited him to my room to witness how our eyes were read.
He was nice and provided us with a big fan that I turn on from time to time with door open for the bad smell to escape.
We di not get room service on the second day.

Toilet had trouble fully flushing so I don’t know how house keeping cleaned it. Bathtub plug had issues. Blinds would not work. There was no maintenance for the evening so I had to wait till next day to get toilet fixed. Then I had to go down again late the next morning because still no one came.
