My key stopped working on my second day there & the housekeeper was very attentive & called the manager who was present within minutes & provided new keys!

The mattress needs to be updated to a pillow top or a least a thicker mattress. The towels and bath mats both need to be replaced. Our towel had a hole as did the bath mat. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Property was in a good area but the air conditioner leaked water so the floor was wet and the room smelled of mildew. The water pressure in the shower was probably on the lowest setting legally allowed. However the beds were comfortable and the room was clean except for the wet ( not damp ) carpet.

The staff is the best thing about this hotel. The breakfast attendants, front desk staff, room attendants and MGR made our stay. The hotel is nice and the location great with lots of restaurants in walking distance. The oatmeal is delicious and so are the grits
晚上7点左右办理入住时，服务员Kristin态度不太好。她被问到问题时表现得很不耐烦，而且一心只想玩手机。我的房间没有频道指南，电视也没有。我问前台有没有，她说不知道。如果第二天早上退房时能和前台的那位女士互动一下，我还会再住这里。她人很好，而且超级友好！
工作人员非常友好，但房间看起来很陈旧，隔壁房间的客人很吵，咖啡是温的（据说咖啡机坏了），而且有些早餐没有按时准备好。酒店后面有一大片草地可以遛狗，我们甚至还在那里看到了几只鹿，这真是个不错的选择。总的来说，体验还不错。如果我再来镇上，我会尝试其他酒店。
床不舒服
酒店一直很安静。床不舒服，这是我第一次在这个地方有这种感觉。枕头又小又扁。房间很干净，酒店也很干净，工作人员也很友好
不错，但希望冰箱能清理干净。
冰箱里有腐烂的食物，地板吸尘也不彻底……但总的来说，房间和酒店都还不错。

独自与我的宠物一起入住
由于我正准备搬到另一个州，所以这次入住非常愉快。我很感激这里允许携带宠物入住。
