0 this hotel is dirty discusting staff discusting food absolutely horrendous false pics on web site pics of other hotel not this one this place is so dirty not fit for to stay there staff don’t want to no except one lady on reception charge £120 euros to change rooms not allowed to have a drink between 10 pm and 7:30 am cats sleeping on dinning room tables smoking in dinning room when guest eating no butter for bread no toaster same food day in day out tables dirty all day only allowed one drink at a time even when your a couple only few sun beds pool towels are bed cloths have to pay to go on beach but not allowed a drink or food even though your all inclusive rooms beds everything is worse than anything absolutely filth through and through reps don’t want to no unless your buying trips which charge the earth them when u book for a show they either don’t show up or u travel hours and then it’s cancelled when u get there with no explanation a dirty hole with discusting staff useless reps and more filth than a rubbish tip

This is the worst hotel in Alayna thats all i can say. I have never seen anything like this before. Filthy place horrible food and customer care is non existent. I will never use this hotel again and recommend that people pay a few more pounds and book somewhere decent. Actually anywhere else would be decent than this place. Towels filthy, beds are broken and bedding stained, lifts dont work, pool is like sewage water, electricity intermittent and ACs dont work properly. Staff and especially owner/manager extremely rude and unhelpful. Please dont ruin your holiday by booking at this hotel.

A good place for those who only want to spend the night and do not want to rest in a hotel. A bit dirty, falling apart (wires hanging, shower door fell off the front...), lackluster. The food is poor and with a small selection. The pool closes at 6 in the evening. The beach is 200 m from the hotel, but if you want to be on a good beach, you have to walk 2-3 km. I have the experience, I don't want to repeat it.
简单说一下主要内容。这次旅行是临时决定的，周五买的票，需要找一家价格不贵的酒店。我一共住八晚，所以行程安排在两家酒店各住四晚。第一家是Sun Vera酒店，经济型客房，总体来说，酒店不错，早餐差，午餐和晚餐还好。Wi-Fi是收费的。离海很远，上山后有一座山。最好预订标准间，不推荐经济型客房。第二家是Arsi套房。这是一间带阳台的两居室，没有电视，但酒店各处都有免费的Wi-Fi。食物选择不多，早餐是标准间，午餐没有肉，晚餐主要是鸡肉，但有鳟鱼。酒店靠近大海，入口处也不错。我没有在任何地方喝酒，我不知道他们为游客提供什么酒。在Arsi最好预订标准间或家庭间。如果你的酒吧不是太贵，夏天价格便宜，还可以。
我们第一次去的时候，他们说必须14:00入住，所以我们9点去的，他们不接受，我们说我们在酒店吃早餐，他们又说不行，如果你想浪费你的时间钱，你可以走了，食物闻起来很臭，真是可惜，接待处的那个人是一个非常不同的人。
