On 20th January 2026, I spent a night at the "Six Star Zhongli Motel Taipei Taoyuan Road (六星中壢館台北桃园路店)" and it was my worst experience ever. I believe this hotel doesn’t deserve even one star. Here are several points I want to share to help others avoid the same fate:
1. **Misleading Name**: This is just a motel, not a six-star hotel, as it identifies itself as a "Motel." Even though I won’t give one star to this motel.
2. **Safety Concerns**: The only way up to the rooms is via the elevator from the parking garage. I found there’s no other escape staircase, either up or down. In case of a fire, if power is cut off, guests would be trapped in their rooms, posing a serious threat to life.
3. **Unreasonable ID Check**: At 11:00 PM, two staff members knocked on my door to check my ID. I refused to open the door, stating that I had already provided my ID during check-in. Why was there a need for a second check at such a late hour? It was completely unreasonable.
4. **Hot Water Issue**: The hot water lasted for only about 10 minutes.
5. **Bad Odor**: The room had a strong unpleasant smell, like it had been vacant for a long time.
6. **Inhuman Check-in Time**: The check-in time is 6:00 PM. It was cold outside, and I requested to check in an hour or two early, but my request was denied. Eventually, I had to pay NT$800 to check in 1.5 hours early, but the room still reeked, and an air freshener was already running when I entered.
7. **Insecure Locking System**: The room could not be locked from the inside, while the outside could be accessed with a key, which made me feel very unsafe.
8. **Towel Condition**: The towels were old and yellow.
9. **Misleading Advertising**: The photos of the hotel on Trip.com were misleading. Although I read many positive reviews before booking, my actual experience was far from what was advertised.

1. **名称误导**：这只是一间汽车旅馆，酒店自己标识为“Motel”，而不是六星级酒店,，就算是一粒星我都不会给這間旅館。
2. **安全隐患**：从车库坐电梯直达房间，我注意到没有其他逃生楼梯，无论是向上还是向下。如果遇到火警，电力会被切断，住客将被困在房间里，生命安全受到严重威胁。
3. **不合理的查证件**：晚上11:00，有两名工作人员敲门要求查验证件。我拒绝开门，指出之前已经在入住时提供过证件，为什么还要在这么晚的时间再来查证，实在不合理。
4. **热水问题**：热水只维持了约10分钟，之后就不再热了。
5. **异味严重**：房间内有一股难闻的异味，像是长时间无人居住的房子。
6. **入住时间不人性化**：入住时间为18:00，外面寒冷，我请求提前一到两小时入住，却被拒绝。最后我支付了800台币才得以提前1.5小时入住，但房间的异味依旧很重，入门时已经打开了空气清新机。

晚上夜机到桃园机场，入住超方便快捷。附近便利店夜市都很方便。早餐超出预期，自调的奶盖奶茶很好喝。

一次非常不愉快的住酒店经历。
只有几个平方的登记室，还不让客人进去。客人只能站在门口不足 50 公分宽的台阶上进行登记，旁边还有车辆通过，极不安全。房间在车库上边，进房间必须从车库进去，然后再上到二层的房间。出门时房间的门不会锁住，非常不安全。
还行，不算差。房间很大很宽敞。虽然有点旧了，但考虑到这个价格、位置和空间，我觉得还是不错的。
住得很愉快，早餐是我目前吃过最好的之一。离车站很近，步行10分钟就到，离夜市也只需5分钟。房间很宽敞，但卫生方面有些小瑕疵。电视可以看YouTube。每个房间都很有特色，你一定不会失望的！
糟糕的体验。预订前我阅读了所有很棒的五星评价，决定试一试。我们预订了两个KTV房，连续住三晚。
我们犯的错误是，没有仔细阅读“重要预订信息”中的“入住和退房时间”：您选择的房型，入住时间为下午6:00至次日早上6:00，退房时间为中午12:00之前。
由于我们乘坐的是午夜航班，我们很早就到达了汽车旅馆，却被告知只能在下午6点后才能办理入住。我们把行李寄存在礼宾部，然后去购物了。晚上走了很久回到汽车旅馆办理入住时，被告知退房时间是第二天中午12点。我们觉得退房时间没问题。我们告知并与工作人员确认我们预订的是连续三晚。
令我们震惊的是，工作人员告诉我们，我们必须在第二天中午12点之前退房，然后在下午6点之后再办理入住，接下来的几天也是如此。如果我们选择不每天办理入住和退房，每间房每天将额外收取1600台币。
我们的两间房分别在二楼和三楼。没有电梯，这意味着我们每天都必须按照入住和退房政策，提着行李上下楼。KTV很旧，没有更新过。
我们住了一晚，第二天早餐后就退房了。早餐很好。我们尝试申请退还另外两晚的费用，但被拒绝了。
我们没有再回到那家汽车旅馆，而是在附近预订了另外两间酒店房间。
总的来说，房间和广告图片上一样漂亮，早餐也很赞。唯一的问题是酒店的政策，让我们不想再回来，也不推荐。
总的来说，在那里住了一晚的体验还不错。房间很宽敞，但我们刚进去的时候闻到了烟味。不过，开了一会儿空气净化器之后，烟味就散了。因为我们带着孩子入住，工作人员对此表示了歉意。早餐也挺不错的。
