I would like to raise a complaint regarding a recent hotel booking made through your platform. The price displayed on your website at the time of booking clearly indicated that breakfast was included. However, upon receiving the invoice and checking in at the hotel, I was informed that breakfast was not part of the package.
To make matters worse, the hotel itself is offering a better price than what I paid through MMT.
It is standard for most hotels to include breakfast in the room rate, and I was unaware that choosing a lower-priced option through MMT would exclude it. This lack of clarity is extremely disappointing. When I checked again, the listing still showed a price with breakfast included, which makes this experience even more frustrating.

Taken premium room with extra cost but came to know while exploring other rooms that deluxe size was bigger than premium & there was nothing premium like facilities…not even mini bar in the room , no sleepers no proper toiletries..so it was just deluxe which they are selling in the name of premium at extra cost.

Pathetic room service, need to call for everything 2times also there was a guy in house keeping who rang room bell twice at 3am in night when we shouted he respond sir pani dene aaya tha .seriously at 3am who asked to send water and the prices for food is extremely high and room prices does not justify the value n amenities in the room so for me its a no for next time not worth at all

Good location - near to sales tax office, rooms are clean and decent breakfast spread. Courteous staff.

The hotel was good and the staff were sweet to talk to. The room I was staying at had everything a person needs and was well kept. I recommend staying here for people who come across Moradabad.

Location was good. On the main road and market. Good parking space. Too costly for fooding. overall good stay. spacious room and property was well maintained.

Even there was no hot water I had to wait about an hour for hot water

Hotel is nice and clean.Staff is friendly. Mr. Sant Pal Singh our main contact person was very helpful. Hotel is really great for travelers visiting the city. Location is also good - easy and approachable.
