So I had an awful experience - as some other foreigners - by reading the comments. Not only that the owners are extremely rude, but they are petty too - after I left them a review of the poor service I received at the hotel, they flagged it as false so that google can remove it. Thankfully my credit card receipts should prove that I have paid for couple of nights. I will attach my google timeline snapshot as well. As to my review I will attach a copy over here: I had to stay there due to a breakdown for couple of nights. Definitely not happy with the experience. The room we were at was dirty especially the floor - seems like it was not mopped recently. Some of the staff was a bit rude. Thankfully there was this one girl that was alright so mostly dealt with her.

Room was on the third floor w/o elevator. Rooms are clean but small and very outdated - so small that we could not open our suitcases. A double room does not even have a fridge and the bathroom can make you claustrophobic. Owner can behave erratically. Waiters and other staff, however, are very friendly. The food is sometimes good or so I have heard - my experience was differebt though: The Spanferkel was tough, the dumpling still half frozen, cabbage tasteless and the sauce clearly from a package. Tasted like micro waved food. Breakfast-buffet was overpriced and not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and go to a good hotel.
我们一入住就开始感到失望。虽然我们是通过酒店网站直接预订的，也收到了书面确认，但我们抵达当天并没有人为我们预订房间。我们必须立即付款，不是约定的酒店价格，而是***********的价格。承诺的有两张单人床的双人间已经没有了，所以我们不得不住两间单人间，共用一间浴室。原则上我们不介意，但是这个浴室在大厅对面，而且这个大厅也经常有其他客人使用，他们至少可以这么说！！！浴室里没有架子或座位，毛巾架有一半松了，所以毛巾一直滑落。淋浴间的角落有“华丽的”污渍，电灯开关需要修理，门扇上的通风槽也需要修理。房间门把手可能需要找人修理一下...但更糟糕的是墙壁和壁橱之间有非常长的蜘蛛网，而且床底下也有污垢。房间里的窗帘也破了。虽然这家酒店是市中心最便宜的，但你仍然可以期待一定的清洁和秩序。酒店老板不时亲自检查一下房间也许是个好主意。出于良心，我不会推荐这个住宿，尤其是因为评论中已经有类似的评价，而且显然到目前为止还没有采取任何措施。

这是一家相当基本的酒店，位于一栋部分历史建筑内。工作人员很友好。位置就在市场上。附设的餐厅提供美味的家常菜。食物很好吃。我们要了两间双人房，没有儿童减免。整体价格不适合房间的低标准。早餐很好，但是比较简陋。
