酒店的服务和设施性价比非常高。离机场位置适中，第二天赶飞机不会花太久也不会因为离机场太近吵。当天脚受伤了，酒店还免费提供了轮椅使用，免费帮忙把5件行李搬上搬下，很热情。下次去泗水还会入住！
第二次入住，大小可以，无异味。但是烧水壶生锈了，让人没办法用，沟通前台后给换了个新的，其他的没得说。
体验很不错
房间又好又大，很干净，食物也很美味。还有儿童娱乐设施。
我入住时被免费升级到了行政房😀 可能是因为我在办理入住时等了一会儿吧😁
酒店其实离购物区有点远，但对于喜欢安静地方的人来说很合适。酒店旁边是一个公寓区，那里很容易找到不错的餐馆，还有一家Indomart便利店。令人惊喜的是，酒店里有饮水机，这绝对是个加分项！
总的来说，这是一次满意的入住体验😁
房间干净，地理位置优越
1月10号是我生日，但没有人祝我生日快乐。我并不是期待什么，但至少一句温馨的祝福也好啊。
尽管如此，这次入住体验还是很棒的。工作人员效率高也很礼貌。房间很干净。客房服务也一直做得很好！
诺富特酒店通常不会让人失望。酒店旁边就有一栋附楼，里面有便利店、餐厅和两三家咖啡馆。除了诺富特的早餐，午餐和晚餐饿了的时候，去那里吃会比酒店便宜很多。因为几乎是同一栋楼，从侧门走过去大概20米就到了。
