I apologize that the front desk staff was not courteous or hospitable. There is no excuse for rude or uncaring front desk service. I will certainly look into the fact that you did not receive stayover service during your stay. That too is inexcusable!

酒店回复: Thank you for your review and rating. It is true that the hotel has a certain quaintness to it....In general, our beds are California fulls which are larger than standard full beds. They are NOT Queens. I am glad that you were able to enjoy the pool. we do feel that we have an outstanding pool area!

We do not have microwaves in the rooms, but a microwave is available for guest use at the front desk. Many hotels have found it difficult to staff housekeeping to provide maid service on a daily or every other day basis since the pandemic. This is an amenity that we are able to provide our stayover guest. I am glad you appreciated the service!
