Located in the heart of the city.The room was clean and so was the toilet.The staff and owner’s behaviour was very polite and helpful.They helped us with our further bookings.The complimentary breakfast was very filling .Definitely worth the price.

Clean, safe and spacious rooms. Ample parking space. Location is walkable from the main road. Staffs are polite and helpful. All that I need in a homestay is right here! They got 2 options in rooms, try the Maple rooms, they are really spacious.

While I was very reluctant while booking the rooms at late evening in emergency but amazed to witness the exceptional services, from the time we checked In. The staffs looks well trained, were extremely caring, polite and well aware about their job and have done much more than required. It's definitely worth, perfect value for money. Rooms were clean & well maintained. Hygiene was at it's best. Enjoyed homely food during dinner & breakfast. Treebo customer support executive was also helped us to a great extent. I will strongly recommend this property to all, whoever want to stay in Guwahati in budgeted accommodation. Keep it up

Umal is a very affordable, secure and clean homestay. The environment is very homely and the location central. The staff are well behaved and helpful. Also, the food prepared there is pretty good and the menu options are varied. Travellers from anywhere coming to Guwahati should definitely check out Umal Homestay.
