Hotel smelled of moth balls/fabulosa/chemically. Room felt dingy/unclean. Pillows seemed flat/well-worn. (There was even an empty water bottle on floor when we first entered, which added to the unclean feeling). Other clientele made it seem unsafe— one drinking at the entrance, another loudly yelling something as he walked down hall with a stick, etc. We did not stay. Even though I knew we’d be charged the night, we found another hotel to stay at.

BEDBUGS! We were booked to stay 4 nights, but we only were in the hotel for a total of 20 MINUTES. I get it that it was nonrefundable, however BEDBUGS (and not to mention a filthy atmosphere) should be the exception to the rule. We didn't even get an apology!!!

They are super nice and pleasant the only thing it's no elevator and the tub was a lil moldy. I would stay here again.
