Low water pressure on sink. No sink stopper. Room felt damp. Not sure that sheets were right size for the bed. Otherwise good

Room smelled like smoke. Bathroom was dirty. No 2nd mirror in the room. Short hair dryer cord. Coffee pod left in coffee maker. Remote for TV didn’t work initially.

I will start with the good… beds were comfortable, room appeared clean. Then… it sounded like there were critters in the walls all night, people in rooms on both sides were so loud it was like they were in the room with us. Then we went down for breakfast. Many reviews saying breakfast was good, they are deceiving, breakfast was awful. We got down at 8am, the only thing down there was eggs, they were awful. Machine for juice had water in it. Coffee was just brown water. Front desk did not seem led phased we were very disappointed. You definitely get what you pay for. My suggestion is pay the extra $50 and get a room at one of the neighboring motels.

I asked if I could get a refund if I left the property a day early and was told I would need to check with the manager the next day because I booked through Orbitz. I did check the next day and was told I could. (Unfortunately, I didn’t get the Manager’s name.) Orbitz was told I was not eligible for a refund. Now I have to call them when I return home to try and get a refund.
