酒店非常好,环境好,位置好,周边好几个超市出行生活都很方便。离诺坎普球场也非常近。
1.订的标准间,页面没有标明窗户在走廊或是天井之类的,前台给我们分配的房间是1楼,等于国内2楼,但是全天无采光,窗户外面的天井地面和窗台一样高,在携程客服的协调下第二和第三晚升级到露台房。
2.退房时,前台跟我们说mini bar 要收费69欧,但是入住时我记得说是免费的,而且携程订购页面也显示有mini bar ,我们坚持后,前台没有收费让我们走了,这种情况不太理解,其他欧洲的酒店都没有遇到这种情况。建议入住前一定跟前台确定好mini bar 是否收费。
3.以上我们遇到的情况让我不得不怀疑,这家店的工作人员是否对中国人或者亚洲人区别对待,反正体验感不是特别好。
4.房间环境设施还是可以的,附近步行10分钟有个购物中心,地铁站也需要步行10分钟左右。去市区和景点海边等都需要坐地铁,步行会比较累。
忘了说了,一开始分配的房间图片,拍摄时间是当地的下午四五点,外面是大晴天,我们的房间毫无采光,像夜晚一般
非常方便。酒店就在桑茨主火车站旁边。他们有个很棒的活动——如果你选择不需要每日客房清洁,就会提供免费饮品。
房间很舒适,因为选择了环保,没有让客房打扫,所以酒店送了一张饮品券。
虽然离车站稍有点距离,但周围有超市、餐馆和面包店,非常方便。工作人员也很热情,服务很好。
房间比想象的大 酒店大堂有壁炉 有点意思 mini吧可以免费吃 前提是要有不打扫卫生给的券 旁边有商场大超市 方便
距离巴塞罗那桑茨火车站步行约10分钟。另一个地铁站大约5分钟路程。服务和设施都很好。我们在这里住得很愉快。虽然不在市中心,但交通便利。
前台那个男士好像心情不太好 然后态度有点不好🥹🥹🥹 我管他要个热水壶他给我说 热水壶只能给入住高级VIP的客户使用噢 然后我有点无语 可能热水壶很稀有吧🥹🥹🥹 但是另一个姐姐指导我去餐厅要热水 餐厅的人服务都很好!!
然后房间特别特别干净!!!n
关于客房清洁,我们明明贴了“请勿打扰”的牌子,但他们还是进来了,而且根本没打扫!
办理入住的时候,应该把房间里所有的规定或政策都说清楚(比如冰箱里的东西)。那些都是额外收费的——如果你吃了喝了的话。
天哪,退房的时候竟然要我付50欧元!你们做事应该更细致,和客户沟通要清楚。房间里的东西都是“额外收费”的。
我订房花了300欧元,
又付了40欧元游客税,
现在还要为冰箱里那些(事先没告知是收费的)东西付50欧元。
这笔钱必须退给我!
幸好清洁工打扫的时候没有弄丢什么重要的东西。
房间很好,但我们住的房间是内向的,没有窗外采光。停车位非常糟糕,必须倒着进去,而且对住客来说也不是免费停车。连外面都没有停车位,还得花钱,什么都要收费,就这房间来说价格也太贵了。
