Service & room are very good & hygienic, all the staffs are friendly, But morning breakfast was very bad, not too much tasty, so many times stayed on the same hotel but the breakfast menu is very pathetic.

Two staffs are arrogant behaviour and dont know how to speak with guest. They have to learn what is proffessionalism. They think it's the first time people are going to stay at their hotel. Even bigger and much better hotel i had stayed, everywher there was polite behaviour and treated well. Even in small hotels also very good behaviour.

Extra bed was of cheap quality. Paid 1008 rs extra for the bed. It was of very bad quality. Staff was very not at all responisive. No drinking water was provided.

My girlfriend and i had a wonderful stay at hotel hill town. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a couple’s getaway. We especially loved the room. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the night life, and local attractive places. And we felt truly cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend it for couples looking for a relaxing and memorable experience"

Too high rates and the very less facilities. Not even providing a single package water as complimentary or kettle to prepare tea or coffee. Fouling smell on room and bathroom

The interiors were nicely furnished, but we were disappointed to find that essential amenities like a kettle were missing. We tried to purchase coffee, only to be told it's available after 8 am, which is why a kettle would have been useful. Furthermore, despite paying an additional 800rs for breakfast, there was no buffet option, and we had to order specific items instead. The quality of the breakfast was average at best. It's disheartening that the service seemed lacking, especially considering the price we paid.
