The room was good but had some issues.. the 1st room bathroom door had issues so was given another room but the another room had water issues which was reported multiple times but was not sorted. food is good though.

The property appears quite old and requires proper cleaning. The washrooms are not in good condition — there is no water pressure in the toilet flush, and at times, water is not available at all. The handwash area also has very low water pressure. Additionally, no toiletries were provided, which added to the inconvenience.

Location is good but cleaniness is very poor.dont have proper room amenties.Worst is food is enjoying by houseflies.

Hotel location is nice. It is well connected with road. However there is shortage of public transport. Sharing auto demands too high fare just to cover 5-6 kms you can say 600- for single way. Though the hotel is good with build-in restaurant and terrace bar. Staff is very polite and cooperative.

The location was apt for our work related event.
Had a pleasant checkin but was surprised to see that the flooring wasn’t that clean enough.
Didn’t choose the meals ***** with the stay though.
Would have been happy if the flooring was much cleaner, they were a bit greasy and dirty as we walked bare foot, once we used the toilet we could feel the dirt from our feet leaching out..
The doors didn’t have RF ID opening and had to use the keys instead of opening automatically. The keys were getting stuck while opening and closing the door.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. Restaurant was great and the ambience on the cloud bar was great. All it needs is better beds. Spring mattress are not at all comfortable and that for me was the only bad experience.

It was overall a good stay but the food is very expensive and not worth we ordered garlic bread which was so waste of money Overall it was a average stay as the food is very expensive and not upto to mark. We ordered garlic bread so it was so waste of money overall it was a average stay

Easy to find. Mattresses are not of good qualities. Rooms are comfortable to size, hygienic. Parking is proper.
