I have asked our Team to rectify this and after checking it myself I can confirm there is an electric blanket put on. I apologize that we have not picked that up when we changed to winter mode. It was amazing, I found everything to an excellent standard. I have stayed at a lot of motels and this motel is right up there. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I would stay there again if I come back to Thames. You should give it a try.

Recent Urine dribbles on floor in front of Toilet.
No air-conditioning.
