What a great stay checking in was smooth ,friendly staff .available all the time .The Rooms was ready on time and clean .The Breakfast was presented with taste and what a spread . I would highly recommend the Mandyville Hotel in Jeffreys Bay! Service was excellent and staff were amazing. The rooms were fabulous, clean and serviced everyday. Loved the breakfast choices! It is situated really close to the beach (walk across the road and down the pathway onto the Beach). Debbie in Johannesburg

Let start positive: Kind personel and it was clean. Negatives: Outdated rooms and the hot water was good for only 1 short shower. At first we tought it was a mallfunction, but the second night we had to take a cold shower for the second time. Only thing we can think of is that there must be a timer on the hot water. If only they had told us, we could have adapted to it.

Very poor
We were very disappointed with our room it was very cold and although it had a heater on the wall it was useless. It was also very dark. Even the manager walked around with her coat on.
