房型:沙屋虽小但很有格调,水屋更是惊艳,那独有的海中阁别墅,双层结构,配备私人泳池、玻璃地板,还有海上网床,浪漫又奢华。
设施:酒店设施齐全,卫浴用品也很有档次。娱乐设施方面,水上运动中心有丰富多样的水上项目可供选择,潜水中心还能满足不同潜水水平的需求。
卫生:房间每天都被打扫得很干净,公共区域也始终保持整洁,沙滩上几乎看不到垃圾,泳池的水质清澈透明,让人十分安心。
环境:薇拉瓦鲁岛环境堪称一绝,海水清澈见底,呈现出美丽的蓝绿色,层次分明。周边海洋生态多样,浮潜时能轻松看到海龟、热带鱼等众多海洋生物。酒店内植被繁茂,植物种类繁多,空气清新宜人,充满了浓郁的热带风情。
服务:酒店的服务贴心周到,虽然没有专属中文管家,但有中文服务人员,交流完全没有障碍,从入住办理到餐饮服务,都能感受到他们的热情与专业。部分标识和菜单有中文标注,让人倍感便利。而且,酒店还会为客人提供许多个性化服务,满足不同需求。
交通:从马累乘坐 45 分钟水飞就能抵达,水飞过程中还能欣赏到马尔代夫绝美的景色,为旅程增添了不少乐趣。酒店水屋和主岛之间虽然需要通过快艇来回,但频次尚可,基本上每个小时都有一班,不会觉得不方便。
总的来说,我们住得很愉快。安莎娜维拉瓦鲁度假村位于达鲁环礁,需要搭乘40分钟的水上飞机才能抵达。岛上有一个漂亮的大白沙滩、蒂芙尼蓝的碧绿海水,还有一个不错的内礁。鱼很多,但缺少大型海洋生物。内礁位于水上别墅附近,需要乘船才能去浮潜。餐饮方面我觉得一般,早餐不错但晚餐令人满意度不高。餐厅似乎人手不足,缺少个性化的服务。
这次入住有了几次小插曲,入住时间、约不到日落巡游等问题,不过酒店通过其他方式给弥补了,最后离开的时候心情还是美美的~
酒店是重新装修过的,设施比较新,毛巾那些都很新,床也给我们免费加,非常宽的沙发床,住的非常舒服。环境很美,海水很清澈,很多鲨鱼,魔鬼鱼之类的。水屋那里的餐厅饭菜都很好吃,餐厅经理非常热情,孩子们很喜欢他,服务也很到位。
2 次免费游览:夜钓和日落巡游(入住 5 晚及以上):日落巡游没约上,因为船不够,没有给我们安排,不过最后一餐没收我们餐费,挺感动的。
这几天度过愉快假期,孩子玩的很开心。喂鸟是个有趣项目。还是比较喜欢沙屋,可以浮潜小鱼多,就是浪大一点。餐食比水屋好一些,水屋上菜太慢了,宝宝都不够吃。自助餐比较固定品种较少,能吃饱,酒吧餐厅三道式味道不错。餐厅一些服务人员笑容很好,尤其Laila,她对每位客人都很真诚热情,还会一两句中文。虽然不会英文,员工的笑容治愈了一切。酒店就是细节做的不太好,一些邮件对接,还有没通知我们几点水飞离。前一天问晚上很晚航班,第二天14:00水飞,第二天去吃早餐再问,临时说10:30,匆忙吃了早餐去收拾行李,就挺郁闷,早早机场浪费半天时间,本来还想去沙屋浮潜下。还是希望下次有机会再来这个岛。
适合放空心情,四晚已经是极限了,不能再多。岛上设施有一些些旧了,我们都订的水屋,屋内还不错,就是浮潜环境和鱼的丰富性略略差了些,但是价位摆在那里,餐厅那边可以看到很多鲨鱼宝宝,一只鳐鱼会在水屋下面游荡,偶尔可以碰到。7月份去的,出海没有看到海豚略有遗憾。。。
房间很满意。岛也很满意,特意选的人少的。 饮食也不错。 服务也挺好。但我却在服务星上打了最低分,特别不是岛上服务人员问题! 服务人员都很好。
原因如下。 在预订之前,我的妻子看到了一段贵酒店别墅日落景色的视频,印象非常深刻。她特别希望能亲身体验这一美景,因此坚持选择贵酒店作为我们本次度假的目的地。为了满足她的心愿,我特意预订了连续四晚的豪华水上泳池别墅,而没有像很多客人那样选择“两晚沙屋+两晚水屋”的组合。这个决定完全是出于希望能更大概率分配到日落朝向房型的考虑。 我们以往也在其他马尔代夫岛屿入住过有明确区分日出/日落房型的酒店,不仅可以清晰选择,且两者价格差距并不大。正因如此,在贵酒店没有这类房型分类或选项的情况下,我们才特别通过邮件请求,希望贵方能理解并安排。在预订后,我一共发出了三封邮件,每一封都真诚地请求安排日落朝向的别墅,并且明确说明这是我们唯一的、也是最重要的诉求。我在邮件中也表明:如果无法安排连续四晚,哪怕中途换一次房,只住两晚日落房型我们也可以接受。 贵方对此的回复始终是:“我们会尽量满足您的要求。” 因为前面我说的原因,我以为至少是个内部协调的问题,我为了不给酒店带来麻烦、特意提前十天发的邮件。 我以为这个并不过分的要求一定能妥善安排。 然而在整个沟通过程中,从未有人告诉我们:日落朝向的房型是需要额外付费才能确认的。直到我们实际抵达酒店后,工作人员才首次告知我们:其他客人是通过加钱提前锁定了日落房型。如果这个信息在我们预订或邮件沟通时就被明确告知,我们完全愿意支付相关费用以确保这一唯一的心愿得到满足。然而,实际入住期间,我们甚至一晚日落朝向的别墅都没有得到安排。本来我们虽然失望,但还不至于愤怒,毕竟我们也理解岛上房型有限,我们一度愿意体谅酒店在调配上的困难。但真正让人无法接受的是,在入住的最后两天,我们与几位客人闲聊时,才得知他们并没有提出任何房型偏好,却被安排在了日落朝向的房型,且价格比我们还低。与此同时,我们提前多次提出唯一诉求,却连一晚的安排都未实现。这样的对比,不仅让我们感到落差,更感到极大的被忽视。这让我不得不提出一些严肃的问题:1、如果日落房型可以通过额外费用预订,为何我们三次明确询问,酒店却始终没有主动告知?2、如果不能加钱预订,为何他人无需提出要求却得到安排?3、如果一切“看运气”,那我三次诚恳沟通究竟有什么意义? 我们付出了更高价格,也提前表达了唯一诉求,却被完全忽视。看到他人轻松获得,而我们三番五次沟通却毫无结果,这不仅仅是“未能满足”,更像是被敷衍与漠视。 我们并非吹毛求疵的客人。相反,我们曾对贵酒店充满信任,才会一再主动沟通,真诚表达诉求。我们只希望在未来贵酒店能够更加坦率、透明、负责任地对待客户诉求,尤其在面对这种唯一且合理的请求时,能够明确给予真实的选项,而不是一句模糊不清的“尽量安排”。我将抄送酒店官方服务评价。期待酒店对此事给予正面回应,哪怕现在已无法弥补遗憾,也应有一个令人信服的解释。
我们度过了一个超棒的周年纪念日和生日庆祝。总体来说非常出色,感谢所有的热情款待。
一家简单的酒店,海景很棒。岛上只有一个主餐厅,水上别墅区有一个餐厅。水上别墅与主岛不相连。唯一一位真正努力提供优质服务的人是主餐厅的服务员莱拉。
我们是一对韩国情侣。
我们房间里有只蟑螂,差不多有成年男人的三根手指那么大。
还有,一位中国女员工非常不友好。
她是水上别墅区接待处白天上班的中国女员工,态度非常非常差。
她自己英语发音不标准,却怪客人听不懂。如果客人听不懂,她应该用翻译器解释,而不是一直叹气,表现出很不耐烦和厌烦的样子。就因为这个中国员工,我再也不想去这家度假村了,也不会向任何人推荐。一个最差的员工就能把酒店评分拉到0分。
太棒了!海洋礁别墅令人惊叹,美丽的珊瑚礁里有好多鱼和漂亮的珊瑚。服务非常好,干净整洁,食物也很美味。我们非常喜欢这次入住!
