However, if the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) sign is activated, our Villa Attendants respect guest privacy and do not enter. Instead, they leave a note under the door indicating they were unable to service the room. If this was unintentional, we encourage guests to notify our reception team so we can arrange for cleaning promptly. 超级棒的度假酒店！虽然卧室房间有点小，卫生间在半室外，蚂蚁有点多，但其他都很完美！泳池边配有热水池，spa很棒！三个餐厅食物都很丰富和美味！浮潜低于预期，活珊瑚不多，鱼不多，海浪有点大。沙滩很白很细很美！

我们从入住到离开，整个住宿体验都非常棒。度假村对可持续发展的承诺给我们留下了深刻印象，从设计到日常运营，处处都体现着这份用心。每天早晨醒来都能看到令人惊叹的海景，为一天奠定了完美的基调。
尽管我妈妈没能参加水上运动或浮潜，但她一点也没觉得无聊。水疗中心让人身心放松，海洋实验室的讲座既有教育意义又很特别。
真正让我们难忘的是员工们的热情友好：Sama、Ranjit、Aiman、Lynn、Fatima、Jin。每一次互动都让我们的旅行变得格外特别。

第一个去马代刷的岛，好感度超出预期
体验了海钓、spa，还参与了一个party，看了当地的歌舞表演，以及每天都在果冻海里面看鱼
环境很好，院子里每天都会掉落一些鸡蛋花，香香的放在房间里。沙滩上有很多可爱的寄居蟹，虽然全部是沙屋，但是日本餐厅也可以体验水屋无边泳池和网床
吃饭也很丰富，菜品很多，味道不错
岛上工作人员都很有礼貌很友好，每晚回去都有小惊喜，送了小海龟冰箱贴和书签，离岛买了悦榕庄的香薰杯和肥皂
最好的是离岛会根据时间安排快艇，也会有人接送机场，退了房也可以在公共区域休息，避免了早早投放到马累无所事事的尴尬
我的英文不太好也放心冲，大家都很耐心和热情
在这里看到了两晚美丽的日落，我想会永远铭记这段美好的时光

房间设施太老旧，热水供应不足，服务一般，一直在索要好评，各部门沟通协调不好，这边说可以，那边说不行。订包含三餐的，一堆加价餐品。优点就是非常漂亮，如果你能接受这些缺点，那这个景色值得去
5年前来过一次马代，之前的岛比这个好一点点，相比来说迷你吧里面的饮料🥤果汁都是免费的，室内每隔一段都会有补给站，非常方便。悦榕庄来说做的也是可以的，健身房也有苹果和饮用水。服务也算中规中矩，但是唯一我觉得不足就是小海龟毛绒玩具不是每个人都给，这个应该主动给我们客人，而不是我们去要。(我们会从其他人口中得知可以送小海龟玩偶很小一只，所以也只是纪念品而已。)这个体验有些想法，我们一共5晚，也没有儿童洗漱用品，大人的护发素第一天就不足，洗浴用品没有及时补充，不仔细，清理房间和更换毛巾可以。餐饮服务人员点赞，每个人都很友好和热情，耐心解答！也给了相应人员小费，表达我们的认可！希望在儿童服务设施方面也可以主动和完善！
都回来11天了，才来写评论。图片只能上传20张，远不止这些。还有很多小动物，比如到处出现的蜥蜴🦎，每天早上海边都可以看到的魔鬼鱼，小螃蟹🦀️，好多寄居蟹……每天去对面Dhawa Ihuru浮潜，往返2个岛的小船每天很多趟。瓦宾法鲁悦榕庄酒店的绝大多数员工都非常热情，要特别指出的比如前台接待的小姐姐Jien，给了我们无微不至的关心和照顾～～，马来西亚人，不仅会讲中文还会写中文，好厉害👍；每天打扫房屋的Khaleel非常认真、负责；我们出海钓鱼的三位员工Samsaad船长、Rauf和Faiz船员帮助我们上鱼饵，教钓鱼，最终我们钓起来了10条鱼，我们作为了第二天的午饭，很好吃😋；有一天在餐厅吃饭放在兜里的50$掉了，结果被Husham找到了，真的感谢🙏；一直做自助烧烤的Rajesh非常热情，服务周到；需要特别指出的是当我提出想续住的时候，负责2个住房管理的Riyaz一直帮助监测是否有空房，最终我们可以不用搬家继续续住原来的屋子，而且给了特别合理的价格，真的感谢🙏；还有孩子爸爸有一天发现小哥Nazim在用椰子叶（不确定是否是椰子叶，长条的绿叶子）编小鸟，孩子爸爸就跟着学，后来🈶️有一个小哥Shafdhaan接替来教，后来孩子爸爸学会了编不同的小鸟，还自己发扬光大去跟着网上的视频学会了编蚂蚱🦗、🦐、🦀️，但是最后跟两位小哥学会了这里特色的实心球…，真不错呀；最后要提到的是他们在海边几天时间建了一个以前马代当地人的传统屋子，Alee和另外一位员工（抱歉没有记名字）还给我们进行了细致的讲解…这是我们的第四次马代执行了，景色依然这么美，珊瑚还长的更好了些，我们全家真的很喜欢马代，相信以后还会再去的。😊
