酒店房间很有特色,草坪很漂亮,早餐也很丰富,中西餐都有,还有尼泊尔特色。打扫很及时。员工非常热情。房间很大环境很好
服务员搞错订单内容,含餐的订单办完入住说不含餐,花时间解决。然后前台和餐厅两边信息不拉通,前台修完正确后,餐厅不认,还要再花时间解决。
订车去机场,迟迟不通知第二天几点发车,找了两次前台但直到晚上九点还是无法给出明确的次日班车出发时间。上升酒店经理才告知是第二天8点发车。服务员素质极差,服务水平极低。
酒店内设施老旧,房间无窗可以通风。
环境没得说,地理位置也不错,但服务很一般,住三晚第二天白天竟然没人来打扫卫生,要催促前台才会来,且半夜送东西送错房间不停敲我们门,严重影响睡眠
酒店比较大,时尚!早饭很丰富
就浴室有点老款!
这是一家很旧的酒店,急需翻新。考虑到价格,我只推荐那些在酒店内参加会议的人入住。除此之外,还有很多更新的酒店,价格只有这里的一半,而且位置更便利。
酒店大堂很漂亮。房间干净,所有必需品都备齐了。不过餐饮选择有点少。
条件不能以国内来要求,整体还是很不错的
房间很干净 服务也比较好
环境卫生干净,咖啡不错
一半的房间在装修,油漆味刺鼻。
