这家酒店环境很舒适，房间也很干净，但是员工态度冷漠、不友好，而且培训很差。我们在空荡荡的餐厅里点了两份三明治，结果隔了30分钟才上桌。晚上去酒吧，气氛冷清，酒保也漠不关心，还多收了我们的钱。我们点了双份金汤力，结果被收了双倍的钱！退房的时候又花了30分钟才解决这个问题。直到我威胁要向信用卡公司投诉，他们才把差价退还给我们。早餐也乱成一团，要了三次咖啡，等了30分钟才拿到。我问负责人为什么这么混乱，他竟然说是因为员工上班迟到！这家酒店根本没有管理。大家一定要注意。

Good location , good staff , clean rooms - away from hustle of city .. spa is also good - although the floor was slightly oily (perhaps the only room i guess) But the spa treatment was very very good - RC was excellent at her job !

I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Neat and tidy, smiling and helpful staff. The food is also very nice and tasty. I specially liked the filter coffee for breakfast.

我最近在丹尼森四星级酒店度过了一个周末假期，整体体验非常棒。从我抵达的那一刻起，工作人员就让我感受到了热情，入住手续办理得非常顺利和友好。

房间干净、宽敞，装修精美——完全符合一家高品质酒店应有的标准。床非常舒适，我很喜欢那些小细节，比如储备充足的迷你吧和多种枕头选择。

这次住宿的一大亮点是游泳池和水疗区。泳池大小合适，非常干净，而且从来没有觉得拥挤。在观光了一整天后，在水疗中心放松一下正是我所需要的——设施很现代化，氛围也很宁静。

至于餐饮，它绝对超出了我的预期。早餐自助餐提供了丰富的选择，午餐和晚餐都很出色。
