A very negative feel at the very outset as I walked in today. Was met at the Reception by a apparently a senior staff who made tall claims about the so called 4 Star Rating of the Property and availability of Buffet for Lunch/Dinner etc. These claims fell flat in the first few minutes itself. I was unprofessionally told by the Restaurant Staff that Buffet is only for ONGC staff and not for others. The room was pathetic to say The the.least with dirty walls (leakages evident from washrooms), dirty tub and a filthy WC (Photos Attached) Upon pointing this out to the so called Manager, his response was rude, extremely unbecoming of a hospitality industry professional (In my view a brag and a complete misfit in Hospitality Industry ). To summarise, I am sorry that I my travel agent had booked.for such an ugly hotel with rude/unprofessional staff. Room No 232 Radiant Swan Dahej

酒店回复: Very negative and rude guest, he will only get you negative attitude. I had personally spoken to guest and offered him entire refund to do check out. Unfortunately, he wants to stay and creates problem, please check before give him room. Thanks Rajesh Kumar

One of my best experience, hotel has swimming pool and Well equipped Gym , hotel staff are well trained , rooms are spacious and well maintained, restaurant is nicely decorated, All staff are very helpful and well mannerd,hotel staff very young and friendly, we feel like it's our second home, sujit and plash Arpita help us lot to make our stay memorable .

Food of this hotel is everyday delicious and healthy prepared by Trained and competent chef Mr. DWARIKA PRASAD which I recommend everyone to have breakfast, lunch and dinner . Service provided by Nisha and priya , ram is always good and fantastic. Overall best experience for bharuch amd dahej area .

I recently stayed at The Radiant Swan and was very impressed right from the start. We arrived early, but the front desk manager, Prince was incredibly accommodating and managed to get us into a room straight away. The entire check-in process was seamless and efficient. The receptionist was professional, offered a warm smile, and clearly explained all the hotel amenities and breakfast details. It made for a very welcoming first impression and a great start to our trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service!
