The situations you have described is definitely not what we deliver nor something that we take these matters lightly . Your issues : * Delay in check-in : Agreed with this point that it took 20 mnts to find your booking completely apologize for the same . * Heating issue : Since it's a language issue with the staff you called your driver to send someone to start the heater in the room in next 5 minutes my staff was there to assist you & started blower even he provided extra blanket for you . * Hot shower issue : We have geysers inside the tents not a boilers ! Geysers takes 10-15 mnts to bring out hot water so it's a little bit a patience thing . * Breakfast Issue : Your driver told us that you'll have breakfast around 7.45 & ordered omlette last evening but sorry to say we don't serve pre-cooked omlettes once the guest comes on the table we starts preparing fresh omlettes . Hope you understand . My manager told your driver to give them 5 minutes to prepare fresh omlette butbhe denied he said we're already too late . Even the Manager told your driver that he can pack some fruits for you but he denied . * Techno Blasting : In India it's a wedding season time & we have 2 resorts near by who held weddings we don't have rights to stop their music . Also the music they played max. till 11-12 last . * Dogs Barking : It's a jungle area & you're staying in tents not a brick wall setup so any kinda sound will comes inside as it's not a sound proof tents . Outside the premises area few of dogs were roaming around for some time & started barking but this not happens everyday & everytime otherwise we myt had so many negative reviews regarding this . Above all just our counter to your complaints hope you take it in a positive sense . We again regret for the inconvenience caused to you & apologize for the same . Had a wonderful stay at this property in Pushkar. The owner was extremely helpful and cooperative. The room and the view were excellent—I honestly didn’t feel like stepping out at all. The jacuzzi room with its patio was the highlight, and stargazing from the patio at night was absolutely magical. Truly a wow experience. Highly recommended!

I have been coming here for about 6 years. no problem till date In a very nice environment close to nature And greenery all around, what more could one want? Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all served with good quality and taste. All staff host very well. I found cleanliness all around As soon as I get time, I come here with my family. thank you Mr Ayush sir and all foothills team

We had an amazing stay at Foothills...nice ambience, good views from all around the resort...the camps are nicely done. Staff is very friendly...we only breakfast there and it was good.

Foothills resort is an artistic resort located in Pushkar - Rajasthan I must say it was an unforgettable experience from the moment I stepped in. It is very artistic & beautiful resort at good location with well maintained luxury tents & close to nature. I really appreciate their way of welcoming as they decorated swing bed with my name “ABHI” through leaf and flower which really made my day and this experience was beyond my expectation. Food and service is amazing, all staff is professional with polite behaviour. Everything is nearby including Pushkar ghat, desert activities and Brahma temple etc. overall I am definitely looking again to visit Foothills resort and want to enjoy this experience. Thank you so much for offering wonderful hospitality and experience.

This place is magical with amazing views. Food and rooms are just perfect . Perfect place to visit with family and friends. During monsoon and winter season it is like heaven with amazing views surrounded by mountains all sides. Must visit place

I recently stayed at Foothill Pushkar Resort and had a great experience. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This swinging bed "Machan" is one of the most unique concepts I've seen @foothillsresortpushkar It felt so romantic and relaxing lying on the swinging bed capturing beautiful moments with the love of my life. We had a comfortable stay and the staff was also polite and helpful. Tents are clean and spacious. Definitely a must visit place in Pushkar with great views. You will find peace here and the views are amazing.
