This hotel surpassed all of my expectations! I could see Kanchenjunga from my room. Extremely clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Food was excellent, particularly the sikkimese thali. Went on an organised nature trek with one of the staff, Dhiran. They had organised events on every evening including bonfires and karaoke. There is also spa services and a basic gym. It was the best end to my india trip!

The location & atmosphere was very nice. Loved the experience. The rooms were very cozy and clean. The service was excellent and amenities were good as well. It was calm all around so the noise level was very pleasant. The property was valued and kept nice.

The hotel ambience and maintenance is extraordinary worth spending time there and staffs are so friendly and welcoming, I have to mention Mr. Dhiran particularly his explanation about the resort and the way he guided us is much appreciated

Beautifully located giving a splendid view of the Himalayas. A wonderful and very comfortable place to stay with extremely courteous and efficient staff, always ready to help. Food is excellent. Rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. Overall a great experience .

One of the best Club Mahindra properties. Cradled in lush green mountains, a specious, beautifully landscaped architectural marvel , that’s Chumbi Mountain Retreat . Add to that well appointed specious rooms , cushy linen & soft bath accessories. One thing that stands out is the delicious food , curated by their Chef & wonderfully catered by F&B manager Ashish , his ever smiling staff Shanti , Sharmila & Tula . The traditional Sikkimies Thali catered in Royal tradition was awesome. So also Thupka & Yummy Momos filled with Iskus & carrot , mind you , everything is Organic. Missed out on Gym & Spa as both were temporarily out of service . The biggest surprise was the mesmerising view of Kanchenjunga range right from the area outside dining , so one could have hot tea @ 0530 in morning . Enjoyed the documentaries on Sikkim screened on mini theatre in the evening . WiFi as unusually forgot her Rayban glasses @ the funzon , but Sargham was searching for us-as not knowing the room number the last day at the resort

The resort is very well maintained and has a very safe and comfortable feel and is a very peaceful and serene place to visit and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the mundane daily city life. All people associated with the property are very helpful and courteous and they go all out to make your stay as comfortable and satisfactory as possible. The landscape and the majestic and breathtaking views of the himalayan especially the kunchenguga and it's associated mountain range from the propety is truly mesmerising and has a very magical feeling

Location was awesome with breath taking views of mount kanchenchunga. Rooms were big with lot of amenities. That includes a microwave oven. The bathroom was very spacious with separate shower cubicle. Rooms were clean n tidy. The beat part of the resort was the impeccable service. Every bit of your request is taken care with kindness. Always smiling staffs making you feel at home. All the girls at the restaurant served tirelessly with perfection. Thanks to Eugen and Sisir for taking care of our early breakfast on check out day. All in all a wonderful experience … probably the best resort i have stayed so far. Thanks to everyone at Chumbi mountain peak , Pelling.
