酒店回复: Hi Karina, we are disappointed in your review. We are only a phone call or email away and received no indication from you that you were dissatisfied with your stay. Some facts for you, 1.6km drive from The Summit Rainforest Retreat to Main Street, Atherton. Wifi is available onsite. Security cameras are also onsite. As you are aware, we are situated in a regional area where good employees are hard to find. Luckily, we are blessed with a great bunch of staff, we certainly value their high cleaning standards.

There was no one there at all that represented the owner for the entirety of our stay and it felt strange being there by ourselves. The doors that opened to the outside of the room were too difficult for my wife to open and would have been disastrous in the event of a fire. Maintenance is required.

This property is well presented, has beautiful views, and is well priced and convenient to find. Check in was easy and I cannot recommend it more highly. Make sure to visit.

Great little find. The view was amazing. Large enough to fit our family of 5. Rooms could use a little update, but we were outside for most of our trip so were happy. Beautiful spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. Will definitely be back.

We loved this place so much we decided to stay another 2 nights Originally we had a share kitchen experience The views are spectacular & our room was perfect! Sadly it was booked for the next 2 nights so we luckily got an apartment on the same property. It’s self contained & seperate from the other rooms Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Atherton

我们升级到了一卧室独立公寓。入住体验还不错，但厨房和卧室都有蚂蚁。我们还遇到了有趣的访客，有刷尾火鸡和袋鼠（Paddy melons）。我觉得按这个价格来说，房间有点小了。客服服务很好。
我们的房东 Paula 人非常好，也很乐于助人！房间干净整洁，应有尽有。
