Great place and location. Lovely staff, good service, a lot better organised this time with checking in after hours and car park. Lovely room, SKY TV was good. TV Remote might need new batteries and it was lagging at times.

I had an outside room ie in the area outside reception, there was constant noise from unruly people until 2am. It was a Friday night. Previous stays have been inside the hotel proper and were great

However, we can give you a room that's not on the ground floor. Please let us know when you book next time, we will allot you a room on the upper level.

在单间公寓住了两晚。房间就我们当时的入住体验来说还不错——虽然不大，但设施齐全。舒适的特大床、水压强劲的淋浴间、冰箱/冰柜。这家酒店最棒的地方在于它的位置。它位于庞森比路（Ponsonby Road）的K路尽头，附近有各种餐饮选择，可以尽情购物，拐角处就有超市，街对面就是风景优美的公园……还有更多好去处。就因为这个原因，我绝对会再次入住。
对Wotif很失望。给三个人订了个酒店房间，结果在去酒店的路上接到电话说加床要额外付30多美元。
位置很好，附近有公交车站和超市（Countdown），房间干净漂亮。
