My dad and I finally made our pilgrimage out to Cooperstown to go to the Hall of Fame, and we stayed here. It was unique and full of character, comfortable and seriously had the best waffles in the world. The owners were very accommodating when we first our first night due to a small emergency. Highly recommended!

We found this lovely inn on Trip Advisor. It certainly did not disappoint! The owners Fred and Kris created a comfortable atmosphere of hospitality. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with bedding and linens. The breakfast was deliciously prepared each morning. We enjoyed talking with the owners and they gave great recommendations to restaurants and things to do at the Hall of Fame. We hope to come back again for another stay at this lovely inn.

Exceptional comfort and service. Beds were so comfortable. Plenty of nice towels and offered even more. Delicious coffee and breakfast. Home made cookies. Even laid out extra towels for us after we were caught in a rainstorm! So incredibly thoughtful about everything. Great place to hang out at and great location in Cooperstown.

Owner presence quite pleasant; Rooms comfy & clean, Home filled with interesting art, books, and games; Eggs from their chickens! All Breakfasts were delicious (French toast, eggs, waffles, biscuits, bacon, sausage); Weather cooperated for a breakfast on front porch; Shower pressure just right; Nice towels too; Extras like coffee, tea and water, off hours home baked cc cookies much appreciated; Can’t say enough about our stay here. Location also excellent in that it was a short walk into town for HOF and restaurants. Many thanks to Fred & Co. for helping to make our stay an excellent one.

We were here for three nights. Fred was great: helpful and direct. He is also an excellent artist! The art in the hotel is very nice. The breakfasts were very tasty and Fred served us on the porch. They are very Covid aware and helpful. The linens are fabulous and the bathroom was spotless!

Beautiful and comfortable late Victorian home. Room #5 was very comfortable and cozy with out feeling boxed in. Breakfast choices are made to order, with offerings of fresh eggs cooked a variety of ways, homemade waffles to die for. The hosts Fred and Chris are very friendly and helpful to help make your stay comfortable. Trolley stop next to the Inn, brief walk to main street Cooperstown. Prices are reasonable and you will very much enjoy your stay!
