Location in old Lucknow and most of tourist attractions are within 4-5 kms distance. Area nearby hotel is filthy. People keep in spitting Pan and Gutkha allover. Hotel staff is cunning and charges haywire for room services. Rooms are average. Geyser not working properly.

This hotel is not good because the number of housekeeping is also very less in this hotel. The biggest problem is of parking. Parking is visible but it is not available and the food and tea here are not tasty.

The bed linen, the washroom fittings, the pillows, the pillow covers, everything needs to be thrown away and replace with new. Customers pay thousands of rupees and in return they get filthy rooms and dirty washrooms with outdated amenities. Think thrice before you book this hotel.

The rooms were good and clean. Room service was very good and i really liked the food quality of the hotel. Location is also good nearby to lucknow junction and charbagh metro station. Overall a good stay at hotel nexus

我们住了三个人，但只提供了一瓶水。床单很脏，空调上全是灰尘。不过，前台工作人员很乐于助人。烧水壶坏了，而且也很脏。
