Despite being near the highway, our room was pretty quiet overall. A little wear on the door, lose handle, but the service was great, breakfast selection good, overall cleanliness, even with 15+ dogs on site. Great doggie area outside, and complimentary water was a nice touch!

Very quiet rooms except for the noisy air conditioning unit. Why do most hotels have units that wake the dead? Couldn’t hear anything next door or in the hall.
Very clean, towels were nice and soft. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, which I am never a fan of. Price was high, but on par with other like hotels in the area. Bed was a bit soft, but okay.
I will use them again when I need a clean, decent place to stay!

An oasis in the middle of the highway desert. Great location. Easy on and off turnpike. Spendy but well worth the cost.

The cleanliness was the most impressive thing I’ve ever seen the beds and the bathrooms was amazing the served breakfast was so impressive too

Room was clean. Staffs were excellent only thing the carpet in hallway you can see the dirt. Overal experience 9.5/10.

Wonderful
Wonderful place to stay. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our needs and always so welcoming and asking about our trip. Breakfast was great as well and Michael was very helpful in giving us healthy options for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!!

When we arrived the gentelman working the desk was great. My only complaint would be the hotel is dated and that our room did not have a tub.

Room needed repair
Breakfast food and service was excellent. Staff was friendly. Our bathroom door kept sliding open and would not stay closed. Difficult for our family with a boy and girls. Also a fixture had fallen off the wall as well as the iron. They were both in the closet with the screws still sticking out. I reported this but got no response. When I checked out, they already knew about it. I don’t think they should have booked that room. I made my reservation months in advance.

No Sleeping Allowed.
1. Noisy upstairs & in hallways from 11-midnight.
2 Kids running around loudly each night & in the afternoons
3. Awakened by fire alarm in early am - then heard kids laughing & running
4. Housekeeping knocking on door at 8:45am to clean room
5. Food snack crumbs in hallway & toothbrush laying there- housekeeping seemed no to notice
6. Pillows were uncomfortable
I probably would not stay here again.
