We understand the cancellation policy but a respected property usually tries to accommodate with future customers. Especially, when a flight has been canceled with no fault on our part and the fact we had to cancel the entire trip. Therefore, by previous experience, we were expecting of course a penalty, but not half of the entire sum. For sure, no longer on my bucket list.
