Husband and I stepped back in time, in this most glorious building. Our room was divine and lush with a private bathroom , cheese platter on arrival, met by the lovely Linda one of the staff and greeted at the desk by other staff they are all very happy and most friendly. The Manager Amy what a beautiful soul she has, if you get a chance to stay there make sure you meet her. The grounds are beautiful, area is quite, lots of heritage listed buildings within the area eg: St Mary got a personal tour :) Breakfast at the Abbey with a view, just makes you want to get up and start your day with a skip in your step. Go sit in the Chapel "Say a little Pray" and feel the warmth. . I can't wait to go back and visit the lovely ladies again, what a great team they are at preserving a gorgeous building for everyone to go back in time and feel like Lords and Ladies of the Manor.

This place was an amazing find! The brunette receptionist (sorry, didn’t catch your name!) who checked us in was exceptionally enthusiastic, informative and friendly. Created such a welcoming vibe. The property is amazing! So much history and beauty! Can’t wait to return!

One of the best regional historical sites we have experienced, where the owners have been very respectful to the history of the abbey. Being a history buff this was enjoyable, with the self paced tour appreciated. Staff were very knowledgeable and nothing was an inconvenience and were happy to have a chat. Room was spacious and we were able to pop in to various rooms to appreciate a wide variety of choice in accommodation. Continental breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Highly recommend The Abbey. 👍

I grew up and went to school in Warwick, when the Abby was the local Catholic nunnery. It is now a spectacular hotel, with wonderfustaff and a supurb place to stay. We'll be back next time we visit Warwick

We stayed just one night. The rooms and the whole abbey has a really great atmosphere. Our room was very nice. The bathroom is located in the corridor but was very clean. You can have a possibility to order breakfast package as well. The staff is very friendly too.

The Abbey is just lovely, has a wonder friendly vibe. The staff we encountered had pride in the property and we're always happy and helpful.

The breakfast basket option was excellent and just the thing needed to get you on your way.

A perfect stay for couples or friends for a weekend away in the Southern Downs charming town of Warwick. The Abbey is a charming and historically significant part of Queensland that was a pleasure to stay in. Unique antique furniture and fittings, lovely comfortable bedding with mini lounges to relax. Some rooms have ensuite, the ones with private bathroom across hall equally good. Relax by the fireplace in communal lounge or attend a function or meal in exquisite dining room or outdoor setting for hosted events. A charming and delightful place. The host was professional and friendly.
