Upon arrival we already did not feel welcome. Staff too busy on the phone. Rooms were filthy. the sheet did not fit the bed, bathroom dirty. The waiting staff avoided us completely, Would not recommend this hotel

A 3 star hotel that is in need of a good Reno. Many of the rooms have already had new aircons, fans, toilets, lighting etc but they lack the finishing touches. Wall fittings in the bathroom were hanging by a thread, shower stall needed to be ripped out and redone, TV didn’t work despite getting someone to get it going. Room could have done with a good spring clean. Not a lot of TLC invested here. As a positive, the Manager couldn’t have been more helpful. There was a possibility that we would have to move rooms because the water was being rationed by the Water Board. He kept us posted and good news, we didn’t have to move. He ensured our dietary requirements were met and he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. (We were the only guests in the hotel)!

Excellent hotel! The facilities and location are great. The staff were very accommodating - highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Anuradhapura. The hotel can arrange a variety of activities for you as well. Rooms are lovely, will stay here again.

A nice peaceful place for a family to stay and had a great time. Amila was so helpful for us.close to all the religious places. Room had good air condition. I will visit this place next time for sure. If you are looking to have your dinner, lunch and breakfast there are good restaurant near to this hotel as well.

Excellent service and delicious food made our stay a memorable one I am writing this review just after returning from our stay at the Hotel Randiya. Conveniently located close to the sacred city. Great staff, Delicious meals and superb service overall. Highly recommended.
很高兴和家人一起入住这家酒店，没想到入住体验如此愉快。入住手续办理得非常快捷顺利，我们还没来得及享用迎宾饮品。房间温馨舒适，维护良好，泳池干净整洁，令人赞叹。自助餐也非常美味，尤其是早晚。
房间和床都很干净。房间和淋浴间的空调只有一种方式，很冷。卧室和大厅的设计枕头很脏。晚餐还可以，我们建议在城里找一家不错的餐馆。早餐不错。浴室很差。水龙头很松，淋浴水很臭。工作人员很有礼貌，但听不懂一点英语。
最初和家人一起预订了普通房间 2XX，这是第三次了。到达后不到 15 分钟，空调就发出轰隆声，水溅到了我的床上......然后他们把我们转移到 2YY 房间，最后空调没问题了，但令人难以置信的是，用半成品的透明胶带就修好了......！！厕所里有楼下做饭的味道。洗澡区的玻璃门几乎要塌了，我担心它会掉下来砸到我的小孩......热水连接处都生锈了......
我在一次旅行中用它作为午餐。是自助餐形式，但是在斯里兰卡吃的自助餐无论在哪里吃都是一样的，所以没有替代品。而且各地的味道大同小异，让人为难。这里的狮子啤酒是大瓶装的，一个人喝完是相当困难的。
