酒店位于市中心，步行即可到达主要景点，交通便利，连住上三个晚上很舒服。我们预定的房型宽敞干净，很舒适，空间还挺大，早餐也很丰富。
皇后镇索菲特酒店整体性价比还可以，地点真的很方便，离市中心各种餐厅和活动点都很近，步行就能到湖边，出行非常省心。房间面积也算宽敞，床睡得舒服，服务人员态度都挺专业、友好。但酒店本身确实有点旧，装修和一些细节能看出年代感，设施不像新酒店那样精致。如果你是看重地理位置、服务和舒适度，这里还是不错的选择；但如果追求全新、现代感强的环境，那可能会觉得稍微差点意思。总体来说，值不值主要看你的需求。
酒店的位置真的很好，来出差了一周，最后两天选择入住在镇上比较好的酒店休息，服务也很热情，但是到了房间在厕所发现了很多人体毛发，不知道为什么2000一晚的酒店会得到这样的卫生条件，除了这个也没啥太大问题，住的挺好的！！
原先是定的另外一家酒店，后来一位朋友推荐的索菲特，立即改定了这边。离天空缆车🚠非常近，步行几分钟就到。酒店🏨档次很高，服务热情，留下了美好的印象。
位置绝佳，出门就是镇中心！工作人员超级热情！装修很新很有品位，床很舒服，窗口可以看到雪山景！非常推荐的一家酒店！！！！

位置处于镇中心附近，步行距离可达到镇上绝大多数餐厅。 临街的房间会有些行人和车辆嘈杂的声音。房间设置齐全，洗手间空间充足，有地暖和加热毛巾架。
入住期间整层空调坏了，但酒店并未通知到位（比如把通知留在房门口）。去前台询问了才得知空调整层楼坏了的信息。服务方面有待提升。
这次入住的核心惊喜，是酒店绝佳的镇中心选址——步行就能到天空缆车，想体验高空视角超方便；去网红大脸汉堡也不用绕路，觅食轻松又省时。
到了傍晚更舒服，慢悠悠晃到水边吹吹风，没有拥挤的人群，只有一人独处的自在惬意，完全能卸下旅途疲惫。
整体来看，无论是想高效打卡景点、满足味蕾，还是享受独处时光，这家酒店的位置都太适配了，体验感很赞！
位置无敌，没有湖景，但是离镇中心真的是无比的近。
大堂很美，两架钢琴，格调复古风格，略暗色调。
早餐一般，现做的部分水准很高，但是只能点一份，如果要煮鸡蛋，三个算两份。当然绝大部分人不会这么要煮鸡蛋。点一份想做的任一份早餐都不会失望。
自带SPA浴缸，很舒服。
房间比较小，比较欧式老派的酒店，不功不过。距离Skyline缆车几分钟步行，酒店出门就是皇后镇的步行街,如果不是自驾游，可以订这里，如果自驾游的话，靠近湖边有很多很好的选择
