在皇后镇的最后一个酒店，也是最完美的一个。大厅内的装饰特别温馨，备有柠檬水可自取；每个工作人员包括客房服务都特别友善。
预定的是带阳台的湖景房，给安排在了中间楼层，前方会有一定遮挡，没办法出片，但是肉眼看到的景色是完美的。
非常满意，环境很好，值得一去很安静。酒店很方便，值得一去的地方。早点入手，我就是犹豫了一下双人间没有了大床房了，不过也很好干净卫生服务人员很热情。
酒店地理位置优越，步行即可到达湖边和市中心。员工很友好。早餐提供各种新鲜烘焙食品、果汁和额外的热菜。停车费有点高，考虑到这里不是首都或金融中心。
酒店位置不错，还有免费的木桶温泉泡，虽然没时间去泡。有公共的投币洗衣房。最棒的是就在窗口拍到了南极光
酒店位置离镇中心有点远，走上去需要一些时间。
我们房间晚上有点吵，我猜是楼上厨房传来的声音。
最后一天，奇怪的是只有热水，没有冷水。
如果你打算赶早班飞机，最好提前一晚办理退房，因为清晨前台没有人。
早餐很不错。
员工很友好，房间住着也很舒服。我很喜欢酒店的健身房设施，虽然不大但功能挺齐全的。另外，洗衣房对我们这种带着小小孩的家庭来说特别方便，可以洗衣服再穿，省了不少事儿😊
房间没选好，没景观。停车场不大，停车比较困难。设施有点旧，餐厅也比较破。离城很近，去镇中心的小广场很方便，吃饭逛街比较方便。但是走路需要爬坡，要体力
总体还可以，但是性价比不高，同等价格不如住在湖边临街，这里要上一个小山坡不是那么的方便。而且早餐每天早上都一模一样的……真的是一模一样，吃到第四天的时候我literally的只吃了点水果，对于中国胃太痛苦了……
酒店位置相对偏僻，出入酒店要爬大坡，累的要死。催退房如催命一样，完全没有五星酒店的服务感觉。
酒店装修5星标准，奢华舒适，距离皇后镇湖区码头很近，步行至各娱乐活动场地也很近，非常不错的一次体验！
