The front desk was excellent and helped me upgrade my room. The room was spacious, very clean, and odor-free, making my stay very comfortable. It was the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Dubai. The daily cleaning was very prompt, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips to Dubai.

房间味道很重!同事因味道感到实在不舒服,希望能退一天的房费,无论如何沟通,就是不同意。后来改成推迟两天入住预定的第二天的行程,也是不同意!主打一个付了钱你能拿我怎么样!直接被气炸!
我已经付清了所有税费,但酒店还是额外收取了我15迪拉姆。洗手间的水管坏了,洗澡时水会流出来。酒店需要加强清洁管理。
这家酒店,登记入住的时候已经给了护照办理入住手续,但是前台忘记扫描,半夜12点45前台打电话要求下来重新登记,不接电话保安就来敲门,一直弄到半夜没法入睡。
一楼的夜总会轰鸣的声音不断(直到凌晨三点后才陆续结束),根本没法睡觉。入住时房间还有工作人员在维修,等了一个多小时,从来没住过这么奇葩的酒店;
位置不错。但里面的走廊和房间都很潮湿,一出电梯就能闻到那股味道。他们需要把房间里的地毯拆掉,因为这些地毯长年累月积攒了灰尘和湿气。
真的需要彻底翻新了。
泳池管理得非常糟糕,整体看起来也很陈旧,需要升级改造。
房间宽敞大气,晚上楼下酒吧KTV很吵,需要降噪耳机,早餐丰富,餐厅服务人员态度挺好,前台办理入住和退房速度有点蜗牛,半小时打底
一切都很棒,我非常满意。
