环境优雅,植物养护的很好,绿植椰树,泳池,都很棒,酒店有两家餐厅,在泳池边,方便,酒店房间宽敞,舒适。适合一家人居住,有小厨房。酒店周边环境优美,有高尔夫球场。
一室一厅的房型 挺舒服的 厕所也是干湿分离 就是园景房阳光比较少 可以加钱定海景的更舒服一点 接驳车每十分钟一班 不太需要等 唯一要吐槽的就是餐厅等待时间过长
斐济外岛很美,但这家酒店很普通。我们的航班到达时间很晚,办理入住后发现房型和预定的不符,原本二间带休息室的房间实际给的都是单间。询问前台后,说是我们预定的房间没有了,给我们做了升级直通沙滩的房间,然而事实是我们被安排了一间一楼和一间二楼的房间。最终浪费了很多休息时间沟通,但给的理由就是满房了,索性主岛也不会一直呆在酒店,也就不再纠结了。另外,酒店沙滩的海没法看只能玩玩泳池,早餐区域好多苍蝇...和外岛酒店环境天差地别。来斐济还是去外岛吧,真的很美!
我们非常喜欢在希尔顿酒店的住宿体验,服务人员都非常友好,食物和鸡尾酒都很美味,泳池也让人很满意。每天都可以在1.5公里长的沙滩上散步,酒店有三家餐厅,还有一些卖小吃的商店。这里非常适合有孩子的家庭,每天都有很多活动,也适合想要暂时摆脱孩子的大人。我们一定会再来的!!!
每个人都很友好。房间很大,设施齐全。住在这里会让你无忧无虑,尽情享受。
带着孩子旅行时,我最看重酒店的清洁度。如果我看到沙发上还有之前客人留下的食物残渣,那我就完全不能接受了。不仅如此,地板也脏得我们没法光脚走路,整个一居室公寓都给人一种破旧、死气沉沉的感觉。如果我付了这么高的价格,而丹娜拉岛又标榜自己有五星级酒店,那我理所当然期待五星级的服务。他们的早餐也一团糟。我点的煎蛋卷等了30分钟才到,而我丈夫点的10分钟就送来了。我甚至都不敢说,但我觉得这有点种族歧视,因为他是白人而我是棕色人种,所以感觉存在白人特权。
我们对酒店和服务非常失望,以至于入住当天就退房了,改住丽笙酒店。然而,工作人员从未问过我们为什么提前退房,也没有询问是否有任何问题。我们以后再也不会入住丹娜拉岛的这家酒店了。
天哪,这地理位置简直绝了!希尔顿的一切都无可挑剔,尤其是员工,他们都是那么热情开朗,提供了无与伦比的服务😊 食物非常美味,鸡尾酒也棒极了。我们一定会向所有的家人朋友推荐希尔顿,并且很快会再次预订。我和我先生想对所有的管理层和员工说声非常非常大的VINAKA(谢谢)😊❤️🙌🏻
酒店位置便利,出行非常方便。
卫生差,橱柜里的茶杯里面,不知道是什么东西,使用之前自己好好洗洗吧!服务差是不讲信用。前一天晚上预约了第二天早上5.45到房间接人和行李,一大早赶飞机的。结果5.40打电话到前台没人接电话,只能自己拖着行李往大门口赶,看到一辆车从眼前过去,喊也不停。真的是差评。建议要住宿,有特殊需求的不能依赖他们的承诺,一定要随机应变。斐济的服务都这样,还是只有这家服务这样,不得而知?
定的海景房,景色不错,床品也是干净的,就是酒店设施难免老化,床旁边的那个布艺沙发上有脏脏的痕迹,不是洗的掉的那种,看着让人都不敢坐下,还是垫了一层浴袍在上面才坐下的,别的都没什么大问题,还有!沙滩确实一般,不过工作人员蛮热情的
