Very poor hospitality an unprofessional staff..not recommended.. They will not even give you a spoon for eating your food if you have not buyed food from their hotel. Confusing regarding hotel rates. Not recommended for the people looking for best service and hospitality No bill for extra bed will be given .. all cash transtions. Thanks

Room service was good and fast Cleaning was proper n hygienic Ambience is good and peaceful Mall access is nearest No issues in cab arrival or location Staff was good.

Good for family stay, nice rooms and location is bit far from city center but at the price they are charging good option to stay.. staff is very helpful

The hotel was clean with soothing aroma. The staff were kind and polite , food is also good and wifi was also good. Whenever I will be coming to lucknow I would certainly like to stay this place . And yes one thing I want to mention that the pickup and dropping service was also good, keep it up.

amazing stay at Shivam inn.. abhishek, adil and anoop were wonderful people and the place is spacious and clean as well.. the assistance is provided with smiling faces and the rooom service and restaurant are wonderful as well.
