超越预期的酒店！酒店虽然比较老但是体验感也很好！没有牙具和吹风机。距离海滩很近，步行三分钟100m就可以走到。海滩真的很好！沙子很细水很清澈适合晒太阳浮潜！
服务：SHAKEEL IKRAM先生特别好！和蔼可亲帮助搬运行李，语言比较不通但是问的问题都会很耐心的回答，很照顾我们！酒店其他服务人员很有礼貌，非常耐心细致。也将房屋整理的很干净！
这个酒店最好的一点就是酒店前的沙滩特别细腻白皙，让我印象深刻！
酒店的设施很老旧、浴巾很破败、不干净，下大雨时会积水，虽不至于漫进屋里，到门口已经全是水了！从居住舒适度来讲尚未能达到国内的快捷酒店标准！餐食比较一般，对不上中国人的口味，差强人意吧！
有一点比较好，在酒店可以租车，比较方便容易，酒店租车别地方还也可以，60欧一天按24小时记而不是自然天！解决了岛上交通不便的问题！
这个酒店是我们这次出行非洲最不好的一家酒店，主要是服务差差差，办入住的时候就对客人很冷淡，冷淡到感觉是刻薄！没有笑容没有服务，大家不要去住了。感受极差！
我们作为夫妻在这里住了不到一周。酒店位置很好，方便搭乘当地交通工具。设施不错，但需要翻新一下。工作人员非常乐于助人，尤其是Bilal，他帮助我们尽可能妥善地安排了一切，并给了我们很棒的建议。自助早餐种类丰富，味道也很好。
非常愉快的住宿体验。酒店位置极佳，去哪里都方便：海滩、披萨店、外卖店、小超市。房间里有大号双人床、独立淋浴间、空调、冰箱和电视。客户经理Billal会尽力为您讲解一切。如果您有任何需求，他都非常乐意帮助，您完全可以信任他。
我们夫妻俩在这家酒店住了两晚。我们一大早就到了普拉兰，大约早上8点，然后直接去了酒店。尽管我们提前到了入住时间，但酒店还是在半小时内就让我们办理了入住，而且免费将我们的房间从标准间升级到了豪华间。房间很舒适，所有必需品一应俱全。早餐相当不错，是自助餐形式。
特别要提一下员工比拉尔，他不仅提供了关于普拉兰的有用信息，还为我们介绍了拉迪格岛（我们离开普拉兰后去了那里）。他还帮我们预订了去利穆里亚度假村海滩的通行证，并以合理的价格帮我们预订了去港口的出租车。
服务很好，但设施太旧了。位置绝佳。
我们于2024年6月在这家酒店度假。酒店给我留下了非常好的印象，房间又大又干净，园林绿化也很精心，早餐种类丰富，最重要的是员工非常友好。我们一定会再次入住这家酒店的。
酒店类似国内快捷，出门走个3分钟就有超市，海滩也在不远处，很美。总体性价比还行，早饭比较简单，但能吃饱。
一切都很完美
